A New England style waterfront home located in a fishing community at the end of Ash Point Road. Watch as lobstermen bring in their daily catch and even go out on a lobstering trip with Robert Bibber, a lobster fisherman for over 50 years, captain permitting. Explore the local islands of Casco Bay like Eagle and Jewel Islands. Upon request, we have wharf or mooring access for those who bring their own boat, as well as boat launching sites. In view from the house are the Reversing Falls, also known as Basin Cove Falls or the Old Till Mill. An area where there is white water and strong currents when the tides come and go, so it makes this home an optimal place for those who like to kayak. There is a pebble beach along the cove which makes for a great place for the kids to take a swim or to explore the ocean bottom when the tide has receded.

Enjoy the lobster and crab bought nearby while overlooking the ocean. There is lots of space to breath and relax and enjoy a Maine vacation.

Last year was our first year renting our beloved house and we thank all our guests for making it wonderful. Now we look forward to another year and to meeting our new guests.

There is no access to basement or garage. WE DO NOT CHECK EMAIL OFTEN.

Amenities	Linens Provided: Most of our bed sheet material is relatively new and we try to provide nice material like 100% cotton. Also, we wash our sheets and towels with a fragrance-free detergent. Off Street Parking: for two - three cars
Beds	Queen Bed (2): One new Serta Oakview Eurotop mattress for those who would like an extra plush bed and one (not new) regular plush mattress. Twin/Single Bed (2): Two new Serta Brandi mattresses. They are very comfortable and great for the kids. Convertible Bed: One new futon that may be for someone who needs a sleeping option downstairs. The mattress has oster coils inside and is 9" thick to give a real mattress feel
Entertainment	TV (No Cable/Satellite): New 22" HDTV. Also a new antennae that picks up HDTV channels better than our old one DVD VCR Video Library: with over 100 VHS movies and more misc. DVDs, lots of great movies for the kids, new and old classics Video Game Console: New Playstation 2 Video Games: A few (6) rated E for everyone games available for kids and adults alike

May-Jun .. $ 950/week. Jul-Aug .. $1200/week. Sep-Oct ...... $ 950/week. Deposit of $500 required prior to renting. Generally, we rent weekly Sat to Sat Renters arrive at 2pm and depart at 10am. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
