Hello vacationers!! Our beach house is located across the street from beach access!! Just a short walk for your enjoyable and relaxing day at the beach. This pier home is in the best location in "The Keys".
This raised beach ranch is within ocean view, and is immaculately kept. It is a beautiful, smoke-free pier home, which we believe you will truly enjoy.
There is plenty of privacy on the front deck to enjoy the Carolina sunshine!
This home will easily accommodate a large family or families which are vacationing together with it's three bedrooms and a pull out sofa(TWO Queen BEDS, TWO SINGLE BEDS AND A FOLD AWAY BED, and A pull out couch). There are also two full baths. The home is 1400 plus square feet.
There is plenty of parking for four cars. Golf cart optional, can be rented at Oceanside Village.
The sunny white kitchen is great for family gatherings at meal time. It offers all the amenities of home with a built in stove, dishwasher, microwave and television.
The living room is large and spacious, it includes two sofas, (one which is a pull out) a color TV and beautiful ceiling fan.
The house is beautifully decorated, providing you with the feelings of home away from home.
A full laundry area is available. Our pier home has everything that you would need for a relaxing dream beach vacation.
Oceanside Village is a private gated community with 24 hour security within Surfside Beach and is on 144 acres of property. It has tons of amenities to offer, private beach access for renters and residents only, indoor and outdoor pools, lighted tennis courts, volleyball, basketball court, baseball field, playground, fishing lakes. This home is directly across from the beach which has a great restaurant... The Conch Cafe with view.
This house is only a few minutes to Myrtle Beach and all the area's attraction. Great seafood restaurants, nightlife can be found south to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island.
Par three golf course across the street. Great golfers retreat.

Linens, towels and paper products are not provided. Security deposit: $250. Separate payment please. Rental Saturday-Saturday with check in time at 4 pm9no sooner) and check out at 11 am. Guests must leave house as found.
Our Home is pet(dogs only and under 10 lbs) friendly only with a LONG TERM STAY in WINTER MONTHS ONLY!!!! Not in the summer months......

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Village
Our family had vacationed in Surfside 2 years in a row and decided this was a great family vacation spot so we took the plunge and purchased on pier home and could not be happier with our decision.
The Unique Benefits of this Beach House
The benefits of our home allow for us to be close to the beach and have accessability to all the amenities at Oceanside Village. We are within 20 minutes to drive to Broadway At The Beach, and the Aquarium. The Fourth of July Boat Parade at Murrell's Inlet is something to see. The golfing and shopping are abundant and easy to get to as well as the Water parks and Theme Park.
