Located off of Fort Apache and Sunset you are just 10 minutes to the strip! Close to a shopping center with all of the necessities, including your choice of many retaurants and fast food chains. Brand new Southern Hills Hospital is just minutes away, along with the 215 freeway.

Relax in style. Sleep on our new Louis Philippe King sleigh bed on 350 thread count sheets or kick off a game of air hockey in the game room on a professional style hockey table before a night on the town. Catch a minute of cable TV in almost any room, with a choice of four TV's, including a 52" big screen in the living room.

This home was newly built in 2005, and has over 2415 square feet of space. There are four bedrooms and 3 full baths, convenient for large parties who don't want to wait for the shower. The living area is extremely large complete with an open kitchen with easy access, followed by a huge game room with air hockey, foosball, a T.V. and a Pub table.

Each bedroom is furnished to the max, not just the master. Fans keep you breezy in several of the rooms. Each provides it's own executive experience. Drift off to sleep in one of two of our canopy beds with sheers wisping around you, or sleep in our high quality cappuccino wood bedroom complete with nightstand and dresser. All rooms come with ample space for relaxing, not just sleep.

Stocked kitchen has appliances, utensils, pans, plates, and cutlery for the master chef. Don't eat off of paper plates, when the luxuries of home are right here. Prepare a business cocktail party, entertain clients in a warm setting or just prepare a quiet meal. Coffee maker provided. Plenty of room to cater an event. Laundry room complete with washer and dryer.

High end Daggerman's crib is provided with clean high quality sheets for baby's comfort in the event the family comes along. Also you'll find two new activity centers, and a rocking horse. Wood baby gates slide into place instantly making stairs safe.

Don't forget the dogrun that caters to the pickiest of dogs. A doggie door leads from an indoor retreat to their very own gated dog run where they can exercise and relieve themselves without being taken for a walk. Dogs are not allowed in the house in order to keep the home hypo-allergenic for other guests and this policy is strictly enforced.

Backyard is fully landscaped with honeysuckle vines lining the walls, hearts and flowers ground cover, a patio area, and grass. Keep cool as if you were in California and not the desert. Extra lighting on the patio is perfect for entertaining that lasts into the night.

A community park is just a small walk away with a covered playground, perfect for an afternoon break. Everything around you will be tasteful and full of class. Whether you are an executive looking to travel in style or a family looking to get comfortable and relax. This house caters to everyone.
