Lovely Condo in a secluded resort community that is just a short drive from all the Lake Erie attractions. This is a one bedroom, one bath Condo. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa with nice furnishings, and a sky light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar for eating.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with lovely linens. The bathroom has plenty of room with a tub/shower combination. The private deck is right off the living room with nice patio furniture looking out onto the inlet containing all of the boats at the docks - there is a spiral staircase that leads you from the deck to the boat dock area. We offer a 30 foot boat dock for fishermen and boaters, BBQ grill, swimming pool, tennis, basketball, playground.
