Paki Maui unit #124 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Deluxe condominium on the North Kaanapali Coast, which features state of the art Ceiling Fans in every room, which cool the condo very quickly and are a alternative for air conditioning. Also Granite countertops, and tile with the "Travertine" look throughout. The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance.
The living area is large and luxurious with a State of the Art Entertainment Center, including 37" flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD/Stereo with a MP3/IPOD port. Your unit also includes WiFi internet service thru out the building for your convenience. We offer complimentary USB hard wired Internet service in this unit. Sit back, relax open the lanai doors and enjoy the ocean breeze! This condo unit faces the Honokowai Beach Park with a partial ocean and pool views from the master lanai, and the park and partial ocean view from the main lanai.
Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. Your kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite countertops and Maple cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use the BBQ's at poolside.
The fabulous Master Bedroom comes complete with a California King size bed, private bathroom, powder room, spacious closet and private lanai. The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with a roomy glass enclosed shower. The powder room is equipped with an overhead ceiling fan, fantastic lighting and plenty of mirrors. Store your clothing and suitcases behind the "Wall of Mirrors" which features built in drawers and shelves. Take a Coffee or Mai Tai break on the Master Bedroom's private lanai.
The second bedroom has 2 single twin beds, night table and a desk area. Also the closet is built out with hidden drawers and shelves for your personal items. Directly off the large second bedroom is the built-in washer/dryer for your personal use and a full second bathroom which is a slightly smaller replica of the great master bathroom. It too has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure.
The Paki Maui property sits amidst lush manicured tropical vegetation and surrounds a beautiful Koi pond with a gentle waterfall. Enjoy your day in the ocean, only steps away or relax around the swimming pool and Jet Spa. Snorkel down the beach and see some of the best marine life on the West side of Maui. Nicely furnished, modern condo unit. Pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. The rooms are all comfortably furnished & clean. The owners include many little extras like paper towels, tissues & sandwich bags. The only negatives we found were not specific to the unit itself. The beach does have a lot of coral, thus our family preferred to drive to nearby beaches where we could enjoy the waves. The playground next door could get noisy & the natural sea noises (wind & waves) are very noticeable to light sleepers. The condo is within walking distance to a good grocery store, farmer's market & restaurants. We would stay in this unit again.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Lovely condo with very nice kitchen, lots of living space, everything included in condo for cooking, washing, boogie boards, beach chairs. Only negative is poor view from lanai and noisy sliding door in master bedroom. Small pool and no beach, but nice chairs on lawn. Location is good. Thanks so much for allowing the late check out time!

This condo was FANTASTIC! Everything was exactly as they said it would be. So clean, great location, beautiful views...I just can't say enough good things about it! We have been to maui many times and this was, BY FAR, the nicest condo we have stayed in. Our 10 days here were wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in. We will definately stay here again and we have also given condo information to our friends for future stays as well. Owner has taken extra steps to bring decorations up to date and relevent to all tastes. Conveniently located to all attractions on Maui. Staff is very helpful and extremely nice to deal with.

(Age 7) - This vacation was great. I did lots of swimming and I got to ride a big crews ship. I love your beach because there is sea creatures and the two best creatures are the crabs and the fish. Thank you for letting us stay for a week. P.S. The captain let me drive :)

This place (your condo) is awesome! You have thought of everything guests may possibly need. We enjoyed Maui so much - when we come back we will definitely stay here again. It was comfortable, clean, and really fun. I have a feeling once the word gets out you are going to be super busy so we'll be sure to book in advance. We were so pleased when we first came into this condo. So clean and nice. A beautiful place. We had a great time while here. The magic show at Warren & Annabelle's was so much fun. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. If you want to go, get reservations early & don't do dinner. We went out to Lana'i with the Pacific Whale Foundation to snorkel. It was great - sea turtles, dolphins and even some whales which is unusual for this time of the year. We'd come back to this condo in a heartbeat. The cooler, umbrella and beach chairs were an added bonus and worked out perfect for the beach, Thanks for a great place!

Well, the TV didn't see to much action from us, too much else to see here in Maui! What a wonderful condo! The remodel was so well thought out and elegant! We used everything you provided. We'll be back to Maui soon!
