From the first moment I stepped inside the unit, I was on Vacation. What a view of the pool and the Ocean. I walked up to the balcony and first thing I noticed was the Dolphins, swimming west, toward the downtown beach of this beautiful city. Needless to say, I did not want to come back home when the time came. The pool with the swim up bar was my favorite. However the food in the Holiday Inn, Next door, and downtown Restaurants was exceptional. Guess it is diet time now. There were so many activities available to us, but we really just went to relax, but did take the Pirate Ship diving cruise, Rhythms of The Night Dinner Cruise and the deep sea fishing was very relaxing. No record breaking catches, but I guess you have to be here in November or December for that. I made reservations for next year when I left. There is so much I have not even touched on yet. Now, Back to reality, Darn....................J.

we found the Condo as advertised, and we liked the location..We walk a lot and it was safe, easy to get around..we were given a lot of useful information about tours, things to do and restaurants, all was helpful

we stayed at this condo for 5 weeks and the condo was very confortable and spotless, the staff at the Holiday Inn was excellent, the location was perfect, had a great holiday.

For two girls looking for a getaway in paradise... this condo was perfect! The listing description was accurate, all photos were honest, and every appliance worked well! Although we did not test every one - most of our meals were in town with family. I was impressed with the cleanliness and yet homey feel the room had, and the view could not be beaten! The owner was very helpful and I would certainly recommend this property to anyone. The location is perfect because you are so close to both the Marina and downtown, availability of Taxis are plentiful, and the staff is very very friendly. The beach is great in the morning, and then heading our for adventures in the afternoon and evening is a great way to see Puerto Vallarta but still have a relaxing vacation. We highly recommend the Marigalante Pirate Ship (info at the Holiday Inn), however there are numerous other excursions for every type of family or group of people traveling. Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful area, we never felt unsafe, and cannot wait to go back a fourth time!

Great Vacation!!

We stayed here over Christmas and New Years and had a great time. The condo was exactly as advertised and worked well with three adults and one small child. Our daughter loved the kids pool and the kids club. There were lots of kids of all ages around and she made a lot of friends. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach and we could take a short bus or cab ride to downtown. We bought an all-inclusive package that allowed us to eat and drink at the hotel. The New Year's celebration was awesome with fireworks all around the bay. The hotel did a great job with a white tablecloth dinner around the pool with a live band. One of the best new year's eve I have ever had. The owner was great to work with. He arranged transportation for my mother-in-law from the airport to the condo. She was meeting us there and her flight arrived before ours so we were worried that she would not be able to get and pay for a taxi on her own. The owner took care of arranging the transportation for us.

We spent a wonderful week in this condo from Nov 4th to the 11th. There was plenty of room for two adults, a teenager and two small children. The view from the balcony is absolutely magnificent and we enjoyed sitting on it during both evenings and mornings. Although we originally planned on cookinig our own meals we decided against as did not want to take away from the many hours we laid around the pool. Dealt with the front desk and was able to swing a deal of 700 bucks for the week for all the food and booze we could handle. All the food was great as was the booze. We still took advantage of the fridge storing snacks , beer and juice. The beds were good and we could always find something to watch on tv although limited. The resort is nice but smaller than we are used to. Having said that it was quite empty due to the time of the year. We were treated first class the entire time. Pool was very warm which we loved as kids spent endless hours in it. The ocean was the warmest we have ever experienced over our ten plus trips south. We had absolutely no safety concerns here !!! We are already thinking of returning with some friends and no kids lol so that we can really experience all that this location has to offer. Jeff was great to deal with. Easy booking, financial transactions and prompt refund of our damage deposit. I would recommend this , especially at the time of the year we went. Steve , Darci and kids.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta and we love it there! The location is easy to get to from the airport, and to downtown PV. It is easy to walk or take the bus everywhere from there. In the morning you can sit on the deck and have coffee and watch the fisherman going out for the day. At night we would watch the lighting and thunder. It was so magical. The food, pool, and beach are great and so is the staff. We went sailing from the beach and had massages too! We recommend going to La Bodegita Del Medio for wonderful Cuban food and music. It is all authentic. We also recommend going to Yelapa by water taxi for the day. It is also another great experience when going to PV. This condo is everything it is advertised to be and more. We will go back!

Great place & location

We stayed for 2 weeks and did not have no complaints at all. The property was great, the staff were great, the condo itself was perfect. Very clean and contained all amenities as stated. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 little kids and it was plenty of room. Beds were decent, not too hard. The view from the balcony made the condo...and at night the warm breeze and the lights of downtown were just amazing! Several grocery/mega stores in walking distance, 10 min to downtown on the chicken bus...really great central location. Jeff was easy to deal with to book the condo, refund of the deposit was returned as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this property or any property with Jeff.

April - May 2011 Visit

Just completed a two weeks stay at Jeff's Sea River Towers condo. It was clean, fresh, and well furnished. Jeff was always prompt to answer all my pre-trip e-mails, and to refund my security deposit upon my return home. The location is absolutely perfect for qucik and inexpensive access to El Centro and Old Town, as the bus is less than one block away - - and taxis are at your front door. The beach at the Holiday Inn is as good as any and better than most in the Hotel Zone of PVR. .

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Wedding Paradise

This was our second stay in this condo, the view as always was amazing, we saw whales and dolphins daily off the balcony. The condo is well equipped and very clean, perfect for entertaining, we were there for our wedding and able to have guests back to the condo. The staff at the resort were very helpful, service was excellent! We brought 80 guests from Ontario, and were married on Mismaloya Beach, we took a group photo on the beach the next day. Jeff Connors was very helpful to us and we appreciated his personal touch!

The condo is beautifully decorated and has a perfect view of Banderas Bay and overlooks the fantastic swimming pool. Many varied, interesting and fun activities at the resort each day. Wonderful restaurants, the beautiful malecon and the old town Puerto Vallarta is a short cab or bus ride away. Be sure you go to the Happy Lobster and El Torritos sports bar. The Burro Bar is a great place to see the sunset and have dinner.

A wonderful vacation!

We stayed here for 2 weeks for Christmas holidays. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pictures of this place are great but it gets even better when the sun is shining in and the wind blows in the huge patio doors. The view of the bay is breath-taking especially when dolphins are swimming around. We stayed here with our 2 teenage boys and we all had a great time - yeah for beach volleyball. The condo is extremely clean, smells fresh and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed stocking up at the grocery store nearby so we could have fresh fruit and great pastries anytime. The surroundings were very safe as I (female) went out for a morning run everyday around the streets in the area. Enjoyed Pipi's, and the new Mexican food restaurant in Marina - Lighthouse. Will be back!

I've been to Puerto Vallarta 12 years, and by far the best accomadations I've had have been Casa Tranquilla. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Fanastic view of the Bay of Banderas and the city. Grounds and staff were excellent and very helpful. I would strongly recomend staying here and Jeff always provided quick and prompt serive to all my requests. I'll be back for sure!!

This unit is very clean,cosy and very nice decorated.The photos reflect it all. Spectacular view from nice balcony .Jeff Connors was very, very good in helping us to arrange the rental, we are glad to know him and will be in touch .There is a lots to do and many wonderful restaurants around. Unit is very comfortable and suitable for every age. We will recomend this unit and Jeff to our family and friends.

The condo was very well-kept and clean. Service at the condo was excellent. The temperature in the pool was perfect. Could sit and look at the view from the balcony all day long. We went into the Romantic Zone every night for dinner and there was no shortage of great food. We especially enjoyed Pipi's and the Happy Lobster. We'd also recommend the trip out to Las Marietas.
