Welcome to our beachfront condo on beautiful Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Tastefully decorated with a "Mexican flair", it features one bedroom with two double beds, TV with remote, clock radio, and ceiling fan. The living room has a sofa that makes into a double bed, a love seat, two end tables, and ceiling fan. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave oven, breakfast bar with two stools, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and pots & pans you will need. On the balcony there is a patio table with two chairs and a spectacular view! In the bathroom there is a "Mexican style" hand-painted sink, a HUGE shower, and a hair dryer. Also included is air-conditioning, an ironing board with iron, and an in-room safe. No smoking please.
Besides all the comforts of home, our condo offers the amenities of a hotel, including two swimming pools, two outside bars (one is swim-up), hot tubs, one inside bar, three restaurants, a betting parlor, an exercise facility, a beauty salon, several shops, a tour booking agency (downstairs), money exchange, and computer room. There are organized activities around the pool each day such a water aerobics and games and there is volleyball on the beach. Also on the beach, the beauty salon offers various types of massages for individuals or couples. A 15% discount card on restaurants, bars and shops is available for our guests but please remember to request it at check-in.
Not only does our condo offer a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond, but you can also see a gorgeous sunset, the Sierra Madre Mountains, or downtown Puerto Vallarta all from our balcony. At night, the lights from the city, the Malecon, and the fireworks from the Pirate Ship also provide an outstanding display.
Located in the Sea River Tower Condominios at the Holiday Inn, it is just 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Viejo Vallarta (Old Town Puerto Vallarta). You can either take a taxi at the front door or walk to the corner to catch a bus. Within walking distance there are restaurants, bars, shops, a laundromat, liquor stores, and even a shopping mall. You can walk to Soriano's to buy your groceries and take a cab back. You don't need a car because transportation is available everywhere.
Puerto Vallarta has SO MUCH to do. Just to name a few: you could take a city tour, swim with the dolphins, take a canopy tour (zip lining), ride on the Pirate Ship, take a home tour with the IFC, snorkle, dive, deep sea fish, do the Art Walk, visit the botanical gardens, stroll on the Malecon, visit the zoo, shop, eat at the finest restaurants, go out to the many clubs or just relax on the beach or by the pool.
Did I mention the weather? Puerto Vallarta has the most wonderful weather - daytime temps in the mid 80s and nighttime temps in the mid 60s to 70s and blue skies and sunshine nearly everyday in the winter months. Also the people of Puerto Vallarta are polite, hardworking, and eager to please. Those who work with the public speak English well enough and some are completely fluent.
So, if you have never left a frigid climate and gotten off of a plane to find shorts and sandals the attire, then you need to do it! If you have done it, you need to do it again! Make plans now to leave your winter coats behind.

Location, view, and beach! Our condo is located at the Holiday Inn which is about half way from the airport and downtown Puerto Vallarta and all it takes is a short cab or bus ride to get to just about anywhere. Besides that, our balcony has a PANORAMIC view of beautiful Banderas Bay, the ocean, the Sierra Madre Mountains, and downtown Puerto Vallarta. And if that is not enough, the beach is just steps away in front of the hotel!

Since our condo is located in a hotel, we have the best of both worlds. We have a homelike atmosphere while having all the amenities of a hotel. We can enjoy one of the three restaurants, three bars (one is swim-up), pool, hot tubs, exercise room, planned activities around the pool and on the beach, or stay home, prepare our own meal, and dine on the balcony with our favorite beverage while enjoying one of the finest views in Puerto Vallarta.

My husband and I are from Illinois and have traveled to a warm place every winter for our anniversary ever since we celebrated our 25th. On a whim, on the last day of our second visit to Puerto Vallarta we called a realtor just to see what was available. He showed us several properties, mostly for more money than we wanted to spend, but when we returned home from our trip it was hard to get the notion out of our heads. Our search continued on the Internet and eventually we found our condo there. We are very happy with our decision to buy a place in Puerto Vallarta and love to share it with others. We stayed here over Christmas and New Years and had a great time. The condo was exactly as advertised and worked well with three adults and one small child. Our daughter loved the kids pool and the kids club. There were lots of kids of all ages around and she made a lot of friends. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach and we could take a short bus or cab ride to downtown. We bought an all-inclusive package that allowed us to eat and drink at the hotel. The New Year's celebration was awesome with fireworks all around the bay. The hotel did a great job with a white tablecloth dinner around the pool with a live band. One of the best new year's eve I have ever had. The owner was great to work with. He arranged transportation for my mother-in-law from the airport to the condo. She was meeting us there and her flight arrived before ours so we were worried that she would not be able to get and pay for a taxi on her own. The owner took care of arranging the transportation for us.

For two girls looking for a getaway in paradise... this condo was perfect! The listing description was accurate, all photos were honest, and every appliance worked well! Although we did not test every one - most of our meals were in town with family. I was impressed with the cleanliness and yet homey feel the room had, and the view could not be beaten! The owner was very helpful and I would certainly recommend this property to anyone. The location is perfect because you are so close to both the Marina and downtown, availability of Taxis are plentiful, and the staff is very very friendly. The beach is great in the morning, and then heading our for adventures in the afternoon and evening is a great way to see Puerto Vallarta but still have a relaxing vacation. We highly recommend the Marigalante Pirate Ship (info at the Holiday Inn), however there are numerous other excursions for every type of family or group of people traveling. Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful area, we never felt unsafe, and cannot wait to go back a fourth time!

We spent a wonderful week in this condo from Nov 4th to the 11th. There was plenty of room for two adults, a teenager and two small children. The view from the balcony is absolutely magnificent and we enjoyed sitting on it during both evenings and mornings. Although we originally planned on cookinig our own meals we decided against as did not want to take away from the many hours we laid around the pool. Dealt with the front desk and was able to swing a deal of 700 bucks for the week for all the food and booze we could handle. All the food was great as was the booze. We still took advantage of the fridge storing snacks , beer and juice. The beds were good and we could always find something to watch on tv although limited. The resort is nice but smaller than we are used to. Having said that it was quite empty due to the time of the year. We were treated first class the entire time. Pool was very warm which we loved as kids spent endless hours in it. The ocean was the warmest we have ever experienced over our ten plus trips south. We had absolutely no safety concerns here !!! We are already thinking of returning with some friends and no kids lol so that we can really experience all that this location has to offer. Jeff was great to deal with. Easy booking, financial transactions and prompt refund of our damage deposit. I would recommend this , especially at the time of the year we went. Steve , Darci and kids.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta and we love it there! The location is easy to get to from the airport, and to downtown PV. It is easy to walk or take the bus everywhere from there. In the morning you can sit on the deck and have coffee and watch the fisherman going out for the day. At night we would watch the lighting and thunder. It was so magical. The food, pool, and beach are great and so is the staff. We went sailing from the beach and had massages too! We recommend going to La Bodegita Del Medio for wonderful Cuban food and music. It is all authentic. We also recommend going to Yelapa by water taxi for the day. It is also another great experience when going to PV. This condo is everything it is advertised to be and more. We will go back!

We stayed for 2 weeks and did not have no complaints at all. The property was great, the staff were great, the condo itself was perfect. Very clean and contained all amenities as stated. We stayed with 3 adults and 2 little kids and it was plenty of room. Beds were decent, not too hard. The view from the balcony made the condo...and at night the warm breeze and the lights of downtown were just amazing! Several grocery/mega stores in walking distance, 10 min to downtown on the chicken bus...really great central location. Jeff was easy to deal with to book the condo, refund of the deposit was returned as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this property or any property with Jeff.

Just completed a two weeks stay at Jeff's Sea River Towers condo. It was clean, fresh, and well furnished. Jeff was always prompt to answer all my pre-trip e-mails, and to refund my security deposit upon my return home. The location is absolutely perfect for qucik and inexpensive access to El Centro and Old Town, as the bus is less than one block away - - and taxis are at your front door. The beach at the Holiday Inn is as good as any and better than most in the Hotel Zone of PVR. .
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed here for 2 weeks for Christmas holidays. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pictures of this place are great but it gets even better when the sun is shining in and the wind blows in the huge patio doors. The view of the bay is breath-taking especially when dolphins are swimming around. We stayed here with our 2 teenage boys and we all had a great time - yeah for beach volleyball. The condo is extremely clean, smells fresh and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed stocking up at the grocery store nearby so we could have fresh fruit and great pastries anytime. The surroundings were very safe as I (female) went out for a morning run everyday around the streets in the area. Enjoyed Pipi's, and the new Mexican food restaurant in Marina - Lighthouse. Will be back!

This was our second stay in this condo, the view as always was amazing, we saw whales and dolphins daily off the balcony. The condo is well equipped and very clean, perfect for entertaining, we were there for our wedding and able to have guests back to the condo. The staff at the resort were very helpful, service was excellent! We brought 80 guests from Ontario, and were married on Mismaloya Beach, we took a group photo on the beach the next day. Jeff Connors was very helpful to us and we appreciated his personal touch!

The condo is beautifully decorated and has a perfect view of Banderas Bay and overlooks the fantastic swimming pool. Many varied, interesting and fun activities at the resort each day. Wonderful restaurants, the beautiful malecon and the old town Puerto Vallarta is a short cab or bus ride away. Be sure you go to the Happy Lobster and El Torritos sports bar. The Burro Bar is a great place to see the sunset and have dinner.

This unit is very clean,cosy and very nice decorated.The photos reflect it all. Spectacular view from nice balcony .Jeff Connors was very, very good in helping us to arrange the rental, we are glad to know him and will be in touch .There is a lots to do and many wonderful restaurants around. Unit is very comfortable and suitable for every age. We will recomend this unit and Jeff to our family and friends.
