This Scarborough Beach, Narragansett, RI beach house is available for summer rental only. It is owner occupied for 1/4 of the summer and is not rented out during the winter. It is in excellent condition. New this rental season - freshly painted walls, air-conditioning units, spacious deck with outdoor shower/changing area and 2 new queen size mattresses.
The house is across the street from Scarborough State Beach with a view of the ocean. Basketball and tennis courts and playground/park are located nearby. The house features 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen size and one with 2 two twin beds. Each room has a large closet and dresser. The bathroom has a shower, and fan, with ceramic tile floors. We even provide hotel quality 500 thread count sheets, comforters and pillows; luxurious towels for 6 in the bath.
The house features include cabinetry, appliances(ceramic top stove, microwave, and dishwasher) and ceramic tile floor. The kitchen includes all necessary pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc.
It is ready to use upon move in.
The living room is furnished with a 29-inch Toshiba cable television, and DVD player. High Speed Wireless Internet is included. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and contains a large dining table. The laundry room is located next to the living room and includes a new washer and dryer. The living area and bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpeting.
The backyard has both privacy, and room for entertaining. The yard is outfitted with a deck the length of the house and includes wrought iron living and dining furniture as well as outdoor shower/changing area, gas grill, picnic table with umbrella and lawn chairs.
Local attractions include Scarborough State Beach (across street)Narragansett Town Beach and Sand Hill Cove Beach (10 mins),Newport (20 min.), Roger Williams Zoo in Providence, Point Judith Lighthouse, the ferries to Block Island, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, the Coast Guard House restaurant, Adventureland park in Narragansett (go carts/batting cages/bumper boats), etc.
