This condominium is tastefully decorated in the local style and has gorgeous views of the beach and Pacific Ocean, looks over one of the three pools and palapa bar/restaurant. The condominium staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The condominium complex is peaceful and beautifully landscaped, yet is within a short walk of the marina and downtown areas of Cabo San Lucas. The beach is about 1 1/2 miles long between lovely rock formations. There are 4 other resorts on the beach which are enjoyable to visit and have excellent restaurants.
The condo is most comfortable for 1 or 2 couples.
The master bedroom has views across the patio to the pool and beach; surf sounds are pleasantly soothing. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and views of the landscaped grounds with cactus plants and flowering shrubs. There is a fold up twin size bed in the second bedroom closet for an additional person.
Renters of this condominium typically enjoy their stays and often return. The owners often use this condominium during their vacations.

Year Purchased: 2004
The owners are Vivian and Clyde Boyer and we live in Alaska. We spend several weeks each year at our beachfront condo. We are involved with volunteer work with Rotary International. Clyde is a retired CPA. Vivian works on a part time basis as a Psychotherapist.
Why the Owner Chose Terrasol Resort
We have spent many years visiting the peaceful Pacific ocean side of Cabo San Lucas and staying at time share Resorts there. We decided to purchase our condo so we could enjoy staying for longer periods of time, and have family and friends visit us there.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy the peacefulness of the beach where the condo complex is located; also in December through March we enjoy whale watching and surf watching. The condo complex itself is lovely and the staff are excellent. The condo is conveniently located to the bustling city where there are excellent restaurants and many activities.
