The Royale Palms Resort at Kingston Plantation/ Shores is a new 24 story oceanfront luxury high-rise located between the Hilton Hotel and North Hampton adjacent to Kingston Plantation (on the beach). We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, professionally decorated penthouse unit (with marble and granite throughout) that has views of the Atlantic Ocean from all rooms. This unit also has a lockout unit that can also be leased as a 1 bedroom/1 bath. If you need all three bedrooms it can be leased as a 3/3 bath unit. Master has a king bed -the second bedroom has two queen size beds and the lockout unit has a king size bed.Every room looks at the ocean.
Kingston Plantation is a private 145 acre beautifully landscaped resort complete with walking paths and lakes. It features 14 pools, a half a mile of secluded beach & several restaurants and bars along with a 24 hour security entrance gate. Kingston Shores feature outstanding amenities such as a Private Royale Palms Club, Oceanfront Bar, Tropical Pool Complex, Jacuzzi Tubs, Reflection Pond with Fountains, Palm Lounge, Private Homeowners Swimming Pool, and temperature-controlled walkway to the Hilton Hotel giving owners and guests added security, services and conveniences.

My husband and I stayed in this penthouse in the Spring of '09. What a gorgeous, beautiful rental and property. So very quiet, romantic, and relaxing! The owner is fabulous, a joy to work with! We HIGHLY recommend this unit and the resort. One of the best places we have stayed at!

I stayed at the penthouse in August 2009. I have a hectic and stressful summer and needed to get away. What a better place to go to relax than the beach. The penthouse was incredible, spotless, look brand new. I have a much needed vacation. Chilling out on the balcony, watching the ocean, listening to the wave. The penthouse view was incredible. I have such a great time that I came back and stayed at the penthouse three weeks later. I was not disappointed. I have a bang up time again.

Beautiful condo. Incredible views of the ocean from this top notch 5 star penthouse. Would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a first class vacation. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we were provided with all amenities.
