My wife and I enjoyed our stay in July. The beach chairs were great. The room clean and well maintained. This location is close to all popular locations. I would definetly stay here again. Thanks for making everything so easy.

My family stayed here for 3 nights during our spring break...it was awesome!! The condo was very comfortable, perfect colors...very bright and cheery!! The kitchen was equiped with everything you could ever need....and the view was to die for. The bedroom was roomy and with a king size bed was great for us!! Kids had plenty of room on pullout...with an ocean view while they slept! We enjoyed our time...the only regret was we were not there long enough.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family of three loved Ms. Thompson's condo! It is just the right size for us. The view is fabulous and the decor puts you in the beach mood. We now have a place to go on vacation during our daughter's fall break from school!!! Can't wait for next fall. The condo is well equiped with everything you need. The beach chairs are an excellent addition, the guys were very nice and friendly and would adjust the umbrella when you needed. The location is great, we were close enough to walk to Ripley's, WonderWorks (one of my daughter's favorites), and some restaurants.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Condo was clean, spacious and had everthing you needed!! It is in a great location and comes with 2 free beach chairs!! Vycki was great to work with and even mailed me a hugger back with my deposit, which was returned very promptly.. Will stay here again, my son wanted to know if we could just live there, lol....

The condo is very spacious. Vycki was a pleasure to work with and our deposit was returned promptly. Great location for Pineapple Willy fans. Loved the beach chairs!! We will be back next year but the Majestic is our favorite property!! Will definitely rent from Vycki again! Again the beach chairs are a nice touch not available with other rentals! We enjoyed the fireworks on the 4th. All you had to do was walk down to the beach and you could see the entire coastline exploding with fireworks! We had a wonderful time.

The condo is beautiful and well equipped with fabulous views of the Gulf. The balcony is in the shade during the afternoon and late evening making for a pleasant place to watch the sunset. The beach service was very good about adjusting the umbrellla to keep out the sun. We enjoyed the visit and will return.

My 1st stay was in June for my summer vacation with my son at Ms. Thompson condo at the Sunbird. Very Clean, Open and had everything we needed, felt like home, and had such a good time that i'm going back in Oct. with some friends for a girls trip.

We rented this condo for Ironman Florida 2008, and are renting it again for IMFL 2009. It was clean, spacious, reasonably well-equiped, and had a gorgeous view and beach. For IMFL participants, it is in an excellent location -- the swim is visible from the balcony and the transition area is a short walk away. I definitely recommend this as an inexpensive attractive vacation destination.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in Ms. Thompson's condo at the Sunbird during our grandson's World Series games during July 2007. We had a great experience at the games (winning the World Series in his bracket) and then going back to the condo after sitting for hours at the park in the sun was relaxing with all the comforts of home. Our experience was a pleasure and the view from the condo was beautiful!
