Welcome and thank you for your interest in vacationing at our condo at Sands Beach Club Resort. Sands Beach Club offers countless amenities to make your vacation as fun, convenient, and relaxing as possible. Enjoy the privacy and seclusion of your own white-sand beach at the Sands Beach Club Resort. We are located in the very desirable Shore Drive area, which is one of the most peaceful and popular vacation destinations in Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the ocean views from balcony of this two bedroom/two bath condo that comfortably sleeps five.
Enjoy a game of tennis on the lighted court, cool off with a swim in the indoor pool or one of the two outdoor pools, relax your muscles in the hot tub, and top it off with a cool drink at the poolside lounge. Sands Beach Club Resort also offers an oceanfront restaurant, sports deck with basketball and volleyball courts, lighted tennis courts, exercise room, children activity program and childcare services (in season), and 24-hour security. Outdoor grills are located around the outdoor pools. Ocean Annie's oceanfront nightclub with live music and a lazy river is only a short stroll down the beach.
Located at the end of Shore Drive, Sands Beach Club is uniquely situated in a natural setting - facing the ocean and bordered at the rear by an estuary (Singleton Swash) which provides great wild life and shelling opportunities. We have the best of both worlds here... a quaint and secluded beach atmosphere, but only five minutes from "Restaurant Row," where the finest restaurants in Myrtle Beach are to be found. Within five miles of the condominium, one can find entertainment for all ages, including outlet shopping at the new Tanger Outlet Mall, Broadway on the Beach and other great shopping centers. Miniature golf, amusement parks, theaters, cinemas, bike riding, and nightly entertainment are all close by.
Our Condo is Unit #509 in the Phase 1 Bldg (5-story building with a southern view of the ocean. Our unit is super clean, light, bright, and cheerfully decorated! The views are spectacular from the private balcony with views of the beach and ocean, and Singleton Swash. Our Condo will comfortably accommodate five(5) people. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and has a private bath. The second bedroom has a King-sized bed. Both bedrooms have their own cable Flat screen TV. The living area offers a full-sized sofa/sleeper, Flat Screen TV, 2 lounge chairs, and dining table seating four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, full size refrigerator, ice-maker, coffee-maker, and is well stocked with utensils. You will find ceiling fans, central AC/Heat, carpet in living room and bedrooms, ceramic tile in baths and kitchen. A washer/dryer is located in the building on the first floor.

We chose this Condo due to location. The views are outstanding from our balcony overlooking the swash with views of the sandy white beach. Convenience is another reason we chose to buy this Condo..... Restaurants, shopping, golfing, fishing, swimming are all nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The on-site anmenities are great with the 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, tennis courts, volley ball and basketball courts, fitness center, restaurant and bar. Just a short walk down the beach is a fishing pier and Ocean Annies outdoor bar. Children love the swash that encircles our condo which is great for crabbing and finding sea shells.

My wife and I love the ocean. We live about 3 1/2 hours away from Myrtle Beach so we vacation there frequently. In 2004, we decided to purchase a Condo to use as a vacation home. When we took ownership, we completely re-furnished and renovated the Condo to suit our tastes. We wanted to created a "beachy decor" but keep it tasteful at the same time. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo on our family vacation. The view from your condo is absolutely beautiful. We were not aware of what swash was, but it is awesome. Not only did my family enjoy it but there were so many others that were too. The condo was very clean and well kept. The pools were nice also. Overall it was a wonderful trip and we hope to be back with you next year.

My friends and family really enjoyed ourselves in your Myrtle Beach condo. I was not aware of what a swash was, but I can tell you it was wonderful to see so many people enjoy their surroundings. The view from your Condo was beautiful.
