This beautifully remodeled condominium sits directly on the ski trail "Right O Way," and is accessible from all base area trails. Your slopeside balcony view allows you to watch people ski by the building on several slopes. To access the slopes, you have two choices: simply grab your skis from the ski locker, step off the porch, put on your skis, and ski down 25 feet to the ski slope itself! Coming home you may enter the building from the slopes and take the elevator upstairs to the condo rather than walk up the snowy hillside to the front door. From this property, you can easily access the Christie III lift, the Christie Peak Express, the Silver Bullet Gondola, or any other base area lifts.
The condo features leather couches, marble counter-tops, nice linens, TV's in every room, DVD, Stereo, and new appliances in the kitchen. Relax in the outdoor, covered Hot Tub with a view of the slopes. Front-loading washer and dryer are in the unit, with coin laundry also on-site, in the building. You have all utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc, so you can save some cash by cooking rather than going out. The dining room has an accordion-style door that can be closed to create a 3rd bedroom.

Walking to any part of the base area takes just minutes, yet you will hear no noise from people at bars or restaurants! The only thing you might hear is a snow-cat or groomer going by, and that's only if the window were open!
In the summer, you have hiking, mountain biking, and lots of other activities at your doorstep. You won't hear any construction noise at this property, though you may see Elk, Bears, Foxes, and sometimes the rare Moose from your balcony.
