  Wonderful setting. Only problem was with WiFi connection. Local restaurants are great. We recommend Robins.

  Great home in a great location in a California town that isn't part of the urban sprawl. I can't think of a single negative point except a bit of ocean fog now and then. It's near great hiking and the heart of southern wine country.

  SAN SOUICI IS GOOD FOR THE THE SOUL AS WELL AS THE MIND AND BODY. THE WILDLIFE, THE WEATHER, THE ACCOMODATIONS AND THE LOCATION CAN INSPIRE AND ELATE. THIS WAS MY THIRD STAY AND I WILL RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN.

  Thank you so much for a lovely vacation. We really enjoyed the house and are already talking about coming back every year. All of the extra touches - nice linens, the well-stocked kitchen, plenty of books and movies, comfortable porch chairs - along with the gorgeous decor and perfect location, made it the best getaway imaginable. Tigg was a great hostess and incredibly prompt when we had a question about the wireless service, even coming by to help us out. The views are gorgeous and my husband had a great time hiking in the preserve - and we all loved seeing the deer every evening! We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

  Cute, retro home. Nice views. Comfortable. Got scolded by the blue jays!! Didn't do much cooking there but did love coffee on the front porch. Nice way to celebrate 30 years of marriage! Thank you!

  We loved the open spacious living room with its view of the ocean. The home was lean and inviting. We will rent it again.

  Our stay in Cambria was pretty much as perfect as possible. The house is gorgeous, and huge! We had deer in the front garden and beautiful ocean views. Everyone in Cambria was friendly, and the area is lovely. The beach trail down to Moonstone beach was great and it's the perfect base for the area with surfing town Cayucos just a short drive away, and plenty of wineries (we'd recommend Harmony Cellars - beautiful surroundings and we were lucky enough to catch a free gig). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

  My family and I stayed in this house for a week in june. We absolutely loved it. There are ocean views from almost every window. Out the backyard there is a nature preserve with miles of walking and hiking trails. there was beach access a few blocks from the house. My kids especially loved the fooseball table in the laundry room. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. I would recommend this house to anybody wanting to get away from it all.

  We rented Sans Souci over Christmas and could not have been more pleased with the property and the owners. From the first inquiry to the return of our security deposit, the owners were prompt and responsive. And, I could write for hours about all of the fabulous amenities of this home! The ocean views are amazing and what you can't see in pictures is the sound of the ocean - which creates an amazingly peaceful setting for wine and cheese on the porch. There is an incredible 400 acre preserve right out the back door, which we used every day of our short stay. In addition, the house is a short drive to San Simeon, home of Hearst Castle and elephant seal beach. We took in both of those sites during our visit and were even treated by nature with the birth of a new seal - who was united with it's mother for the first time - and we witnessed it!! A truly magical experience! You can't go wrong with this house - from the fun and functional kitchen to the comfortable furnishings (and master bed), we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

  Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was so large that everyone had their own place to go. The view of the ocean wan spectacular. Having access to a washing machine was great. The owner was very helpful and had provided us with all of the necessary items. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.
