Our Villa is a beautiful two story private home built in 2003 with over 3,400 square feet of living space. The livingroom and dining room extend out to a large patio with a fantastic view of the marina, gardens and pool and jacuzie. Each bedroom has its own balcony that lets in the cool ocean breeze. The three bedrooms are on the second floor. Two master king suitesThe third bedroom is converted to a TV room and den with a queen hide a bed.. It has its own full bath and balcony.
If you do not cook, you will still be in awe of the granite counters and island in this Chefs kitchen.

The floral lush tropical grounds, gardens and facilities are proffessionally maintained. With-in the resort is our new gated development called Grand Marina Villas offering privacy, security and out door entertaining at the Plapa bar which features a grill and sink for private small or large gatherings.

The Sunset Mall for shopping and groceries, a varity of excellent resturants, two church areas, an on site medical facilitiy, Marina, boating, Beach, Health Clubs, Golf, Tennis and more. In front of the mall is public transportation to anywhere in the city. It is incredibly beautiful situated in the heart of the well known Paradise Village Resort. Grand Marina Villas is for those who want the best.
