Location: Topsail Beach, Topsail Island, Southern Coast, Coastal, North Carolina, USA (30 minutes to Wilmington; 2.5 hours to Raleigh/Durham)

Accommodations:  Duplex, 2 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Duplex located at the point/south end of Topsail Island. There is awesome views from deck, living room, and master bedroom of ocean and sound. There is pool across the street.

Duplex is very roomy. On the second floor, the master has king (bath). The second bedroom has two twin beds and shared bath. There is a sleeping loft with a queen-size mattress (between second and first floor). On the first floor is living room with sleeper sofa opens into dining and kitchen (which all have views of ocean/sound). Off the first floor is a big deck with views of ocean/sound and between that is dunes, birds, and quiet!!!

There is an outdoor shower and a covered garage which is enough for one/two cars and/or boat as well as extra parking in driveway. There are beach chairs, sand toys, etc... available for your beach needs.

If you enjoy fishing, kayaking, water skiing, or just hanging out and walking the beach, this location is very family friendly and very laid back. At the same time, you are a short ride to Wilmington for restaurants, shopping, movies, etc...
