This condo has been completely refurbished. Looks new. Fabulous, tile work throughout.New designer furniture and interior decorating. Unit has 1 Queen bed In master and 2 double beds in second bed room. Pets are NOT allowed. Short walk to Sombrero Beach. The best beach in all The Keys.
Quiet area of Marathon on a beautiful canal. Quality boat rentals will deliver a 23 foot Keys boat right to your canal back door. I would call early to make sure you get the boat you want. You can be fishing in the Gulf stream in short order.
If you wish to bring your own boat you may launch it at Harbor Point Marine, they will let you keep your trailer there for about $45 per week - Cool!!! Its close to the condo.
There are many dive shops to choose from. The restaurants and bars are fantastic. You will love this place!
This condo is located on the 1st Floor and has a back door that gives you fast access to your boat and the dock area. Very cool !!!!!!

I stayed for the month of April 2012. The condo was great the location was close to everything you would need. The residents at the Coral Club treated me great. I look forward to staying here againRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Hey, Mark, we had a great time; the place was everything you said it was. We were NOT disappointed. Loved our neighbors too. What will the monthly price be for 2011? And, since it's this early, what is a contingency plan if there's hurricane damage (pray that doesn't happen)? Thanks, Mark P.S. WE HAVE BEEN HERE THE PAST 4 YEARS AND WE ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK. IT TRULY FEELS LIKE COMING HOME. I stayed in the apartment for a month in the 2004 and 2005 summers. I found the apartment to be everything Mark said it would be! I found it to be extremely clean, very comfortable, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The best part, I think, is Mark! He is easily reached by phone and extremely helpful. It is comforting to know that if something needs repair, he will jump in and get his support staff to fix any problem at any time. I now own 21 properties all over the world. 9 are condos that are vacation condos. I think of them as my own personal homes that I also rent out... sooooo when you stay at one my signture designer vacation condos you can be sure that they are special in every way. If you dont know this yet its good to know. Most people treat there vacation condos as a business and only upgrade or fix when its way to late if at all. Why the Owner Chose Marathon:
I bought this Marathon condo because I was looking for a tropical condo with in the united states. I first thought to buy in Marco Island but during that look see I noticed that owners there were selling their condos to buy in the keys. So that’s why I bought in The Keys. Why I bought in Marathon was it had a real city with all the infrastructure stores ect plus had the setting of a tropical paradise. This condo “ Coral Club is located right on a canal that leads to boot key harbor and sister creek leading you right into the Atlantic. The gulf stream is just a few miles out. Also you are only one hour to key west and one hour to the upper keys. This condo has great property management as Melissa Grady has served as our president for the last 10 years. Doing a great job. You will love this condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I took great time and effort to hire the right interior designer to place the right furniture and pictures. I also did the same thing with the rebuild of this condo. So this condo is just like new in every way. The canal side has fish cleaning stations right where you will dock your boat. The swimming pool is very nice located next to the canal and is keep at a very warm temperature for pleasant swimming. Also Sombrero is in walking distance. The city has put millions of dollars into this beach area. You have to see it to believe it.
