CASA LYDAMAR is a luxury, all en suite, four-bedroom villa on Cumbre del Sol, Moraira, with PRIVATE HEATED POOL, HOT TUB and AIR CONDITIONING. It is in the exclusive Magnolias residential area of Cumbre de Sol and has both sea and mountain views.

Located between Moraira and Javea, Cumbre del Sol is set on a hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car. The beach in Moraira is 10 minutes by car. Cumbre del Sol is accessed by motorway from Alicante and Valencia airports.

This luxury, four-bedroom villa features EN SUITE BATHROOMS to ALL BEDROOMS, a HOT TUB, AIR CONDITIONING, PRIVATE HEATED POOL - in fact, everything you might need to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The spacious air-conditioned lounge has large windows with views of the sea and mountain, and a fireplace with gas fire for the cooler winter evenings.

The lounge has a Sony flat-screen TV equipped with Sky Satellite Sports Package and a DVD player. NOTE: There is a limited service of BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CHANNEL 4. A selection of DVDs is available for you to view. There is a hi-fi system to play CDs or listen to music on the radio. Also in the lounge there is wireless INTERNET connection. With your own laptop computer, you have unlimited internet access for the duration of your stay. The dining area has a large table and seating for eight people.

All four bedrooms are en suite with ceiling fans and air conditioning (both heating and cooling). All the bedroom windows have shutters and there are wall heaters in all en suite bathrooms. All four bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed, bedroom two has a double-size bed, and bedroom three has twin beds. Bedroom four has a double-size bed and a sofa bed. All bedrooms have hairdryers.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need including a dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

French doors lead directly to the Naya, where there is a table and seating for eight people to enjoy al fresco dining.

Steps lead down to the large terrace. Here you will find the PRIVATE POOL (which can be heated in winter as an optional extra), the HOT TUB and the BARBECUE. The grounds include private car parking.

This is a non-smoking villa.
