You will be able to sit on the deck and watch the boats, and enjoy fantastic sunsets over Lake Michigan. Only a short walk to beautiful, clean Pere Marquette beach. Enjoy the hot tub on the back deck, or a fire in the firepit in the private, peaceful, fenced back yard.
See deer and watch many varieties of birds.
There is a little park right in front of the house, and another with a playground just a short walk from the house. Go for a bike ride to the beach or on the bike trails. Walk on the boardwalk on the dunes for more great views! Tour the submarine 'Silversides'and the museum, just a short walk to the channel.
If you have a boat, there is a boat launch at Harbour Towne Marina, right behind the cottage.
This is a great place for Winter holidays, or just a weekend away from home to relax with family and friends.

Why the Owner Chose Muskegon
We fell in love with this area of Muskegon when we kept a boat in the marina several years ago. We enjoy the view from the decks, fabulous sunsets, watch birds, and see deer in the mornings.
There are lots of interesting places to have dinner or just a light snack within walking or a bike ride away. The beach is so pretty along this strech of Lake Michigan, and long walks on the beach are so easy to do. We've had such a fun time in this house since we bought it, and we love having others share it.

This place is bigger than in the pics. We had a great time - even in December. Plenty of space and a great location!

Loved, Loved, Loved, this cottage!! The location is fantastic, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. It is a charming, welcoming, place to stay, and we plan to return next year. We are all sad to leave, but we look forward to returning!

This was our first vacation rental try, and have enjoyed it immensely. Shared with daughter and her family. We enjoyed watching deer, fox, other wildlife and birds. Have seen several freighters and other vessels. This area has much to offer, and would come back in a heartbeat, and would definitley use this wonderful house. Thanks so much!

We are from Brasil and have been coming to Muskegon pretty much once a year since 2007. This is the first time we rented a house, since we usually stay with family, and we loved it here. We were 6 people and a baby, and the house fit us perfectly. We would definitly come back!! And thank you for working things out so we could arrange our stay from Brazil.

Had a wonderful time enjoying Muskegon's winter outdoors! Luging & sledding at the State Park was a blast! It was nice to come in and warm up in a nice place! Thanks again for the accomodations!

Who needs summer? Although the house is great in summer weather, it's cozy and warm in the winter with plenty in the area to do. A 30 minute drive around Muskegon Lake to the Winter Sports Complex was a highlight! It feels more "Montreal" than Muskegon. While the kids skated, we walked up the trail to the luge. Skating, sledding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, the luge, and a bonus beer tent(that wasn't a rip-off)! worth the trip! We had a great time with the family. Thanks a lot!!
