The property clean and well- maintained, stocked with variety of stuff (you feel as at your own home). Location of the property is just excellent - very private (lost house on the dead end street), next to the beach, canal, and museum (Silversides Submarine). Two State Parks nearby. Property has big and very private back yard as well. Did I mentioned jacuzzi :) I would definitely recommend this property.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

Pat, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. It is so warm and inviting and there is nothing we did not have! The location is perfect and the home is so accomodating. We would love to stay again. Tom, Chris & Hope

My group of 12 women came to Muskegon to do the Learn to Luge class at the Muskegon Sports Center as well as do a little snowshoeing, cross country skiing and relaxing. This home fit our needs beautifully. It s just as described as more! Pat was super helpful and very good at emailing me with information. Thank you, Pat! I would definitely stay here again!

We are very familiar with the area and come to Muskegon every year, as we have family here. We have always wanted to stay at a 'Beach House' and had the opportunity to do so recently. The house is very accomodating to families. We did not have any small children with us this time, but the bedroom with the bunk beds and twins would be perfect for that. The afternoon after we arrived, there were deer out the back window and we watched them until they left. The house had everything we needed and we only had to get our groceries and we were set for the weekend. I would stay here again, definitely! I would recommend this property, as it is clean and well mantained.

Great for families.

We were two families that combined for seven children aged 8 - 2. The house was well-equipped for activities and sleeping with a wonderful location near Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake, but not too close for little non-swimmers. When Lake Michigan was too cold/choppy, head to Muskegon Lake. The descriptions were accurate and the owners very accessible and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a great place near Lake Michigan, especially families.

This place is bigger than in the pics. We had a great time - even in December. Plenty of space and a great location!
