This beautiful unit at Storm Meadows Trails is a 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome is located just off the "Right-O-Way" trail of the Steamboat Ski Area.
Enjoy ski access trails leading to all base area lifts, with easy routes back home from the main runs. Want to have some after-skiing cocktails or food at the base? You can catch the free shuttle from Gondola Square back to the property! Leave the car at home and use the shuttle to get groceries or go anywhere in town.
Beautifully decorated, there are 2 floors, a large kitchen and living room, a separate den upstairs creates another area for gathering. There are two Master Bedrooms, one with a King, one with a Queen, both with private bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twins, which can be put together to form a King. Bedroom 4 has a 2-Twin bunk bed and a 2-Twin trundle bed (which can also become a King). You can sleep 10 people in 8 beds. There is also a Queen pull out couch in the upstairs den, allowing bedding flexibility, but we maintain a maximum occupancy of 10.
Additionally, you will find granite counter tops, new appliances, leather furniture, a gas fireplace, an in-unit washer & dryer, and a Jacuzzi tub in one of the the large master bathrooms. This unit has a 1 car garage with direct access to the inside, and offers spectacular views of the Yampa Valley and the Steamboat ski slopes from a large private balcony.
In the Spa Facility you will enjoy a heated outdoor pool, locker rooms with saunas, a large weight and exercise room with TV, a tennis court, and an outdoor hot tub. During the ski season, there is a free private shuttle service available to guests (tipping optional). It does constant loops to the ski area base from 8-10am & 2-5pm. From 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm, it is on call and will go anywhere in town.
