Come enjoy a week at our cozy cottage on the shore of beautiful Elk Lake which is part of Northern Lower Michigan's famous "Chain of Lakes". The cottage offers a gorgeous lake front view with plenty of things to do for all ages, including boating, fishing, and cycling. You will be 25 minutes away from Traverse City which has all the conveniences of home. The small town of Elk Rapids, situated between Elk Lake and Lake Michigan, is a few minutes away, and provides quaint shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Because we are nestled in the heart of Michigan's fruit belt you will find many road-side stands selling sweet and sour cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, home made pies, jams, and much more June through early September.
