Book your getaway to this beautifully decorated pet friendly split lakefront home. With 3 bedrooms, each with its own view of the lake, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with gas cooktop, separate dining room and living room with cozy sectional sofa, window seat and flat screen tv over gas fireplace, this house is designed for your complete comfort. A new six person hot tub is also just steps from your back door in a private yard with a perfect view of the lake. The back yard also has a gas grill, picnic table, adirondak chairs and fire pit. The house also has a large, two car garage to provide warm and convenient interior access to the house.
Agate Bay is a beautiful and protected cove which is between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, so you are close to everything: gambling, hiking, restaurants, river rafting down the Truckee, and of course, best of all is having your own private beach. We also have a large 8' x 8' float that we keep at our beach so guests can either use it as a comfortable place to enjoy the sun or load it up with snacks and books and paddle out into the lake.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with private deck and firepit as well as a private bathroom and dressing area. There are two other bedrooms, one with queen size 4 poster bed and one with two twin beds (which can be converted into a king). There is also a memory foam queen inflatable mattress if you require extra sleeping space (we do allow 2 children in addition to 6 adults).
The front deck provides an extensive view of the lake and is equipped with a dining table and two rocking chairs. The deck is also completely fenced and gated to protect your children and pets.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs including a Cuisinart, blender, Calphalon cookware, bakeware including pie plates and rolling pin as well as table settings to accommodate up to 12 guests for dinner. The stainless steel kitchen appliances include a gas cooktop, two extra large ovens and a french door refrigerator (there is also an extra fridge in the garage for overflow groceries).
This home is also near major golf courses, shopping, dining and casino entertainment.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We are able to completely get away from our day to day lives when we come up to the Lake. We are also able to enjoy the view of the Lake from every room of the house and our own private beach. We've spent so many wonderful days exploring the hiking trails, restaurants, and various beaches and towns around Lake Tahoe. We all, our kids and dogs, absolutely love our time at the Lake.

Marilyn & Mel and Carol & Richard have been friends for many years. Between them, they have 10 children, many of whom are friends also. It was this association that caused them to consider a vacation property where they could all spend quality time with their children and their friends in the place they love the most.
