Come enjoy a relaxing beach experience. Step out on the deck and enjoy the sound of the waves, the beautiful view and the ocean breezes. Down below, walk just steps from the drive-under covered parking and you are on the beautiful, white beach! You will feel like you have your own private beach. Enjoy watching the seagulls and pelicans flying, the dolphins playing in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the abundance of shells on the beach. There is no busy road to cross, you are beachside, only one house back from the beach. Cocajoma is actually closer to the water than some of the beachfront condominiums. Several restaurants and quaint beach shops are just a few minutes walking distance from Cocajoma (2-3 blocks) and if you walk 10 minutes west on the beach, you will be at the pier!
COCAJOMA has been freshly painted inside and out. Both Cocajoma 1 and 2 have been redecorated and updated for your comfort and enjoyment. Enjoy the comfy beds and newly tiled bathrooms. The Cocajoma Duplex is above the covered parking (room for 2 cars on each side) and has a wide,nice deck with great beach views!
Rent Cocajoma 1 or 2 or rent the Whole Cocajoma, complete with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. An outdoor shower is provided, along with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET. THE CALENDAR PROVIDED SHOWS THE DATES THAT BOTH SIDES OF COCAJOMA 1/2 ARE RENTED. THE AVAILABLE DATES SHOWN MAY BE FOR JUST ONE UNIT OR BOTH.

We had a wonderful week of vacation at Mexico Beach. We have been to Orange Beach, Ala., Gulf Shores, and Fort Walton Beach....but this beach was the best. It was not crowded and our boys had so much fun........

We absolutely love Mexico Beach! This is our second year in a row here. We also love this duplex. Since we vacation with our friends, it is perfect. We are hoping to return next year.

This place was perfect for a couple from Ohio that needed to get away from the cold and snow. The weather stayed in the mid to high 70s the whole time. The Gulf was nice and calm. It amazed me that the crabs would come out and run around you whie sitting in the beach chairs by the water and the cranes just land on the beach right next to you like you're not even there.

Our family came down for Spring Break 2010. We fished everyday and caught Spanish Mackerel trolling in the Bay. We also caught Whiting, Pompano, and Bonnet Head sharks....... The sunsets were beautiful and we all had a wonderful time!

So warm and welcoming! Great sunsets, walks on the beach, all the comforts of home. Local favorites include fish tacos at "Killer Seafood", oyster's at Reagen's Oyster bar, fresh shrimp "Shrimp shack". Definitely come back to this location, as well as recommend it. So nice to know that "Old Florida" does exist!

We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more here in Mexico Beach! Cocajoma 2 was more than had expected, super clean, cutely decorated & very close to the beach. We spent 90% of our time on the beach.........
