We had a wonderful week of vacation at Mexico Beach. We have been to Orange Beach, Ala., Gulf Shores, and Fort Walton Beach....but this beach was the best. It was not crowded and our boys had so much fun........

We absolutely love Mexico Beach! This is our second year in a row here. We also love this duplex. Since we vacation with our friends, it is perfect. We are hoping to return next year.

This place was perfect for a couple from Ohio that needed to get away from the cold and snow. The weather stayed in the mid to high 70s the whole time. The Gulf was nice and calm. It amazed me that the crabs would come out and run around you whie sitting in the beach chairs by the water and the cranes just land on the beach right next to you like you're not even there.

Our family came down for Spring Break 2010. We fished everyday and caught Spanish Mackerel trolling in the Bay. We also caught Whiting, Pompano, and Bonnet Head sharks....... The sunsets were beautiful and we all had a wonderful time!

So warm and welcoming! Great sunsets, walks on the beach, all the comforts of home. Local favorites include fish tacos at "Killer Seafood", oyster's at Reagen's Oyster bar, fresh shrimp "Shrimp shack". Definitely come back to this location, as well as recommend it. So nice to know that "Old Florida" does exist!

We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more here in Mexico Beach! Cocajoma 2 was more than had expected, super clean, cutely decorated & very close to the beach. We spent 90% of our time on the beach.........

Hi Lynn! We arrived back home to Tennessee tonight, but I just had to email and tell you what a fantastic vacation we had! This is our 4th family vacation with our friends and we all agree it was the best! We absolutely loved your duplex-it was perfect in every way for what we needed. The beach was gorgeous and the laid back, quaint feel of Mexico Beach left us relaxed and rejuvenated.

Cocajoma 2: This house was very cozy and welcoming. We loved coming home to a relaxing atmosphere! The distance from here to the beach was amazing: not far. :) .... We learned how to talk Southern: "Y'all." We found ourselves going to Scoops up every night for ice cream and soon became best friends with the owner, Bryce. Walking to the pier was also fun. Daddy loved the grill, made cooking so much easier. To wrap it up, Mexico Beach was the perfect vacation spot for us.

What a beautiful place! The view from the deck is fantastic!...The beach is great!... This place is warm and welcoming. You feel like you are at home. If you are looking for laid back, rest and relaxation, you have found it here.

We had a wonderful time here and we can't wait to come back! We loved the house and the view was perfect. My favorite part of the whole trip was when an eagle flew right over my head as I stood on the deck. (I've never seen an eagle in the wild.) He went to the water and scooped up a fish. I got to watch him eat the fish!

We stayed at both sides of the condo and couldn't have had more fun! The beach was awesome and all 12 of us found a peaceful spot to sleep. We will surely be back again.

Our family has rented both sides for the past 2 years so we can all be close together on our vacation. Everything was great and the distance from here to the beach was nice, we love the short walk. Thanks for the upgrades to the place and thanks for sharing it with us.

Cocajoma 2 was a fantastic surprise! Cocajoma 2 was so comfortable-we felt at home. The beach here was so perfect. We were lucky because the weather could not have been better. We'll be back. P.S. Love the decor! :)
