We love the Huatulco/Santa Cruz area and have stay several times at the all inclusive resorts. This trip my husband and I were joined with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marie and David's condo. It is mere steps away from the beach (including restaurants) and market place. The condo was well appointed, very clean and had everything you could need or want for your stay. We made the most of the beautiful weather by having most of our meals on the spacious patio which overlooks the Santa Cruz square with views of the beach and ocean. The on-site managers were helpful on area information (ie: taxi trips to other bays/beaches). It was an unexpected bonus having a cleaning lady every other day. Marie was always prompt at answering questions and returning emails. Thanks again Marie and David for a wonderful stay.

Family of 4 stayed here march 2011 and found the condo even nicer than expected even though the reviews are already excellent. Marie the owner has put a lot of thought in making sure this beautiful condo meets your expectations and always responded promptly when I would e-mail her. We didn't expect the cleanig lady coming every other day (pleasant surprise) the view from the balcony is also very nice. The management is also made up of owners and were on sight. I rented a scooter and they provided me a remote gate opener even though I didn't ask for one. We always felt safe even with the children. Would definitely reccommend.

This was the trip of our lives. Santa Cruiz was a delight, and the condo at Ocean Park was our sanctuary. Maria has created a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing home. The condo is spacious, well equiped, and very clean. Maria gave us locals to contact for various things and we sought these people out. We met several locals and staff who were extreamly helpfull and friendly. Thank you Maria for sharing your extraordinary home with us and helping make our honeymoon unforgetable. We are planning to go back again as soon as we can!

True "Pride of Ownership" reflects in every square inch of Condo 6 at Ocean Park! From the linens, to the wall hangings, to the furniture and fixtures - all top quality and very tasteful. Has everthing you could possibly want/need. Lovely, secluded pool area. Very clean building and well maintained and secure. The owner is a treat to deal with and everything that was promised was exactly as it should have been. (Has not always been our experience when we have rented previously in Mexico!). Location of Ocean Park is close enough to everything and yet, far enough away too ! Great for a quiet relaxing and worry free vacation. We will be back !

This place is heaven on earth. It was well worth the long journey from Ireland. The condo is excellent, spacious and extremely well equipped. It's location is just yards from a quiet sandy beach with excellent restaurants close by. This is wonderful accomodation in a wonderful setting. There is lots to do. I can honestly say that the golf course at Tagolunda is one of the best I have ever played, and I have played quite a few. I would highly recommend this acomodation and location.

This will be my 3rd stay in Huatulco, all of which have been spent here! I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Not only is the condo spacious and clean, it is beautifully decorated with much care to detail. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the private beach is just steps from the condo. The owner was an absolute delight to work with and I would highly recommend this condo to others.

The condo was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The pictures do not do it proper justice. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my time in Huatulco. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the building was very clean, safe and secure. I would definitely return here for another stay. The condo owner was very helpful and quick to reply to all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with.
