Condos are in the newly developed Destin West Beach and Bay Resort, which includes 279 units. We have units in the Sandpiper and Osprey buildings on the bay side with views of the Choctawatchee Bay, lazy river and pools. On the bay side enjoy the 700-foot lazy river and heated lagoon pool with a waterfall.
For your convenience and for beach lovers, there is a pedestrian walk-over the highway to go to the beachside of the resort. All bay side guests have access to the beach, beachside pool, fitness center and children's water play area. The resort is within walking distance of the Emerald Coast Conference Center, restaurants, clubs and the fishing pier.
Our condos are perfect for the family or couples getaway. Minimum age for renters is 25. Bookings normally go from Saturday to Saturday, especially during the busy season. Bookings for 4 nights are welcomed.
