Spacious living, 1950 square feet overlooking the Wyndham "Ocean" golf course. Entertain yourselves from the balcony watching play on the most challenging green (# six) of both "Ocean" and "River" courses. Within two minutes, walk to the cluster # four community pool. Within 20 minutes, leisurely walk, or drive (five minutes), to the coconut palm lined beach where you can plunge into the 85 degree water of the Atlantic Ocean. Occasionally there are small waves fun for body surfing.

Villa guests also share all the amenities of the Windham Rio Mar hotel. Casino, twelve restaurants, two 18 hole golf courses, thirteen tennis courts, four swimming pools, water sports and spa can all be enjoyed without having to leave the property. Leaving the property, you are only twenty minutes from the EL Yunque tropical rain forest. The airport is reached in a half hour and Old San Juan in about 45 minutes.

  • We have stayed in several VRBO properties and have always had good success. This particular condo is the best we have experienced. The unit is exceptionally clean, fully outfitted, and the property owners go out of their way to insure a positive experience. Very convenient to everything. We will definitely return.

  • This Villa is the Real deal! I have always stayed at 5 Star Puerto Rico Presidential Suites in Hyatt’s, Westins and Wyndhams. I was concerned to get in a bad situation by renting from an individual owner. The advantages are these owners never live in the unit and keep it in top shape and respond to your every request. All New Appliances. They also do not breathe down your neck at all. They never bother you. It became our home. My wife and, 13 and 15 year old boys love it. It has everything you need. We stayed in this unit July and August 2007 as Well as now November 30th until January 2nd. We are also staying there for Half Of March 2008. You can easily cook a Christmas Dinner for 12-14 or bring back the leftovers from a restaurant. Convenient to everything: Golf, Beach, Rain Forest, Casino, Amigos Supermarket (Wal-Mart Owned) Verizon and Cingular No Roaming Charges.
