This villa was perfect! The property was clean and well maintained. We had two families staying and plenty of space. The owner was very helpful throughout the rental process. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for the east side of the island. We spent time on the beach, pools, rainforest, biolumenscent bay, flamenco beach, and snorkeling.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Stayed here in January 2011. The owner was quite trustworthy, helpful, responsive, interesting. The place was spacious, clean. First time we ever tried the idea of renting a condo, and he made for a nice introduction to the whole idea.

Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. My family visited over New Years and it slept 6 adults with room to spare. It was especially nice because there are 3 bathrooms so we didn't have to share/wait that much. It is extremely spacious and the pictures listed here are very accurate. It was meticulously clean and fully furnished - huge kitchen and TV. There is a balcony which overlooks the gold course and gets great morning sun. You can easily walk to the Wyndham pool (less than a mile?) - we did every morning. Sometimes we would drive if we had a lot to carry, but it was no problem (the villa comes with 2 parking spaces). It's a nice walk, so we didn't mind at all, and it worth it because this villa was a real bargain. The owner is friendly, honest, and responsive. The complex was quite while we were there and extremely safe (we had to pass through 2 gates and over multiple speed bumps) to reach the villa. I would absolutely recommend this villa to large groups. It is a great deal and beautiful. We hope to return.

Visited the Puerto Rico and rented Villa with my family in June weather was nice and the place was very clean and spacious. We had 8 people and the Villa was big enough for everyone. The owner Mr. Denise is a gentleman he made sure everything went perfect. He provided us great direction to get to the Villa. The resort was very beutiful overlooking the golf course and has 3 pools and beach near by we had a great time will definately rent the VIlla from Mr. Denise.

super clean, spacious, nicely-decorated villa right on the golf course. perfect for golf outing. located very near five fabulous courses: rio mar (ocean and river courses), trump (international and championship courses) and el conquistador. ample parking. easy access and use of all rio mar facilities. owner gives a nice gift of a dozen golf balls to golfers. we'll be back.

Our family stayed for nine nights, over Christmas & New Years in Dec, '09. The condo was delightful; it was clean, well furnished and great location overlooking golf course. The owner, Dennis, was very helpful in helping us locate other rentals with disabled facilities and suggestions of good local restaurants. In the future, we'd return to Rio Mar and to this rental, if available. Good people!

We have stayed in several VRBO properties and have always had good success. This particular condo is the best we have experienced. The unit is exceptionally clean, fully outfitted, and the property owners go out of their way to insure a positive experience. Very convenient to everything. We will definitely return.

This Villa is the Real deal! I have always stayed at 5 Star Puerto Rico Presidential Suites in Hyatt’s, Westins and Wyndhams. I was concerned to get in a bad situation by renting from an individual owner. The advantages are these owners never live in the unit and keep it in top shape and respond to your every request. All New Appliances. They also do not breathe down your neck at all. They never bother you. It became our home. My wife and, 13 and 15 year old boys love it. It has everything you need. We stayed in this unit July and August 2007 as Well as now November 30th until January 2nd. We are also staying there for Half Of March 2008. You can easily cook a Christmas Dinner for 12-14 or bring back the leftovers from a restaurant. Convenient to everything: Golf, Beach, Rain Forest, Casino, Amigos Supermarket (Wal-Mart Owned) Verizon and Cingular No Roaming Charges.
