The Grand Regina Private Ocean Residence is a spectacular oceanfront property that offers a unique and sophisticated vacation experience. You will enjoy true luxury living in this over 1,800 sq. ft. oceanfront villa, with its inspiring vistas of the Sea of Cortez, and views of the mountains and an adjacent golf course.
2013 is almost fully booked so it is a great time to book early for 2014. To guarantee your week, it is best to book 10 to 12 months in advance, but inquiries are always welcome.
The Grand Regina is private and relaxing - especially enjoyable are lazy afternoons spent around the sensational infinity pool with its dazzling views of the ocean, and its attentive poolside service. There is a more family friendly pool nearer to the ocean level with a second infinity pool and kids' water area. The new gym is fully equipped with a wall of windows providing a wonderful view.
The Residence is isolated from the busy tourist areas, but still offers in addition to the Grand Regina's own services, convenient access to the many amenities available in the adjacent Westin Regina Hotel and Club Regina including 5 restaurants, 7 pools, pool bar, tennis courts, Kids Club, grocery store, and more.
If you are looking for shopping, more dining experiences, and night life, then there is a Westin shuttle service to take you to the popular tourist city of Cabo San Lucas (30 minutes) or to San Jose del Cabo (20 minutes), a town with a more traditional Mexican flavor.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with a deposit.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure reservation.
An interim payment of 40% is required 60 days prior to departure.
A final payment is required within 7 days of the start of reservation.
Timing of the payments may vary with the amount of advance notice of the reservation.

The weekly rental rate is $1,900
Taxes are included, but daily occupancy taxes are payable by renter. There are no fees for housekeeping services.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Regina:
We chose to buy a fractional ownership in Grand Regina for many reasons. The oceanfront location is a spectacular one that takes our breath away. The fact that the villas are outside of the busy Cabo San Lucas tourist area, but still easily accessible by shuttle, taxi, or car is great advantage. The luxury quality of the residence and top level of service is a pleasure. We stay in our villa each year, and absolutely love it!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The restaurants in nearby San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas are first-rate. When we want to stay around the villa, we have the choice of 7 restaurants between Grand Regina, the Westin Hotel next door, and the Club Regina timeshare. There is a 2-for-1 happy hour on the terrace each night with its incredible ocean vista. This spring we were amazed at all the whales we saw quite close to shore!
We love to walk the beach everyday, and play miniature golf at the Westin Hotel, and of course get in some pool time. There are many golf courses in the area, world-class fishing, water sports, and lots of shopping in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, and Todos Santos.
