Only a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport and beautifully situated on the side of a gently sloping hill, in the new Secret Valley golf resort, Villa Omorphi Thea commands stunning, unrestricted views over fields to the Mediterranean Sea. In the distance Paphos and the Tsada Hills can also be seen.
The villa is a spacious 3-bedroom house, on two levels and furnished to a very high standard throughout. It comes complete with private 10 x 5m pool and appealing garden. The interior of the villa comprises an open plan living and dining area, with an archway leading to the kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with a 3-piece suite and comes complete with satellite TV, tuner, multi-region DVD and VCR, and cinema surround sound. The dining area sits 6 comfortably and the whole space benefits from air conditioning. For cooler evenings, an open fireplace in the living area guarantees a cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with microwave and electric ovens, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A large fridge/freezer provides more than adequate cold storage for food, while cold bottled spring water is literally "on tap" in the dining area. The quality of the appliances is complimented by the best of local and European crockery, cutlery and cookware. For those who prefer to cook outdoors, a choice of modern gas and charcoal barbeques may be found on the patio, along with dining and poolside leisure furniture. The lower level also features a guest water closet.
All bedrooms are furnished in pine. Both bedrooms to the rear of the house feature 5 ft. double (queen) beds, while the third bedroom boasts twin 3 ft. 6 in. beds. The master bedroom also has its own en-suite facilities and leads on to a balcony, complete with a rattan suite, which faces the setting sun. The remaining bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Our villa is fully managed by an experienced and extremely friendly Scottish couple (who live in the same street). Our manager will arrange transfers to and from the airport and will assist in providing rental car (recommended) advice and information on local cultural, sporting and dining experiences.

A 10% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the balance
