Our penthouse is located in Summerwind Resort on the sixteenth floor facing the Gulf on Navarre Beach. Relax and enjoy the 12 miles of shoreline with powdery white sand and emerald green water! The view alone from our 27' x 25' rooftop patio will take your breath away! We have furnished our patio with comfortable furniture and a grill, so you will have a hard time deciding whether to stay inside or out! You will also enjoy our 'reserved' parking space under the building and out of the sun - just steps away from the elevators!
Our penthouse is professionally decorated. The unit sleeps a maximum of 8 and consists of 3 bedrooms (which includes an adorable bunk room) and 2 full baths. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and every kitchen convenience/gadget imaginable. While inside, you will enjoy a spectacular view out of the 'floor to ceiling' patio doors!
The master bedroom has a king size bed (pillow top mattress), private bath and access to patio. The guest room consists of 2 queen size beds (pillow top mattresses), and the bunk room contains a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, DVD Player, clock radio and phone (family room has a DVD/VCR combo). All bed and bath linens are provided by a linen service. A full size washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience.
We offer cable TV's (4), wireless internet, cordless telephones (3) with free local calls, hair dryers in each bathroom, a make-up mirror in the master bath, portable stereo/DVD player, coolers, beach bags and beach toys. A beach set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is included with rentals from March - October. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas may be rented or you are more than welcome to bring your own.
A free public boat launch with parking is located directly across the street which will give you access to the bay/sound. However, please note, you will have to travel approximately 15 miles by water to reach the open ocean.
The Navarre Beach Pier recently opened and is located next to the Summerwind Resort. This pier is the longest pier in the state of Florida - 1,545 feet! You may walk or fish from this pier. Cost to walk is $1; cost to fish is $7; fishing rod rental is $7. The pier also has a gift shop, bait and tackle shop, snack bar (hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, ice cream, sodas) and bar.
Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed! Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
On-site amenities: 12 miles of uncrowded/unspoiled beach, 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs (public), 3 total fitness workout rooms (overlooking the gulf), and many beach/water activities.
Activities nearby: Navarre Beach Pier, championship golf, biking, fishing, boating, nature trails, movie theatres, nature preserve, state park, a zoo, museums, flea market, restaurants and shopping.

Decided on Navarre for its quiet atmosphere and beautiful beach. Found that this penthouse has the best view of beach in all of Navarre. The large group of friends that came down from georgia, came over to our condo each night to have drinks on the large deck on the roof attached to this condo! WOW! This condo is wonderful, it stocked with lots of extras such as.....toys to play with on the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, DVD's, books just to list a few. The owners contacted us the day before our arrival to let us know we could check in anytime on Saturday, which was a great help since we arrived at 6:30AM. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. We hope to be back to Navarre Beach and stay here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed here over the kids spring break and it was fabulous! The unit itself is so luxurious and so well stocked--beach toys, kids games, dvds even books...it was truly like being a guest in someone's lovely home! We LOVED the rooftop deck and grill and also the designated parking space (an added touch of luxury!) With 3 kids in tow, going to the beach was so easy with the umbrella and chairs already waiting for us...I just can't say enough wonderful things about the beach and this condo! We stayed at this penthouse condo over July 4th 2010, for a week. The furnishings are first class and the view from the deck is fabulous, though you cannot quite see the sunset nor the sunrise at that time of year. The owners make many extra's available to you as a guest, such as a propane grille, DVD's, cards, games, a radio, beach towels (no lie!), beach toys and chairs, etc. We had a problem with the cleaning service (they didn't show up before we checked in) but the owner's handled it expeditiously and fairly and got the unit cleaned for us that evening. I can recommend this condo rental to anyone...especially if you love a view from the 16th floor! We love Navarre and can also recommend TC's Front Porch, Johnny Huston's Grille, Vinnie R's and of course the Sailor's Grille & Juana's on the island. We do NOT recommend Cocodrie's on the island as the service and reception are terrible! Bring your surfboard and fishing rod - good vacationing!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.
