Enjoy our recently remodeled unit that faces directly out over the pool to the ocean and beach. Our "penthouse" location on the top floor includes a vaulted ceiling which makes our unit bright and airy. Only the top floor units in Sand Pointe have vaulted ceilings.
We have chosen quality furnishings: a brand new Sealy Posturpedic pillowtop king mattress in master bedroom, pilllowtop twins in the guestroom, fine bed linens from Ralph Lauren, a 37" HDTV Samsung flatscreen TV, couches from Pottery Barn, thick new carpeting, all new kitchen appliances including a full-size washer and dryer, and fluffy white sheets and towels provided by our linen service. There is a DVD player in the livingroom, an extra TV in master bedroom with DVD player. The second bedroom is also equipped with its own TV. Bring your laptop. Enjoy free Wifi.

- Our condominium is equipped with beach towels, chairs, beach toys,library of books & games, handicap shower chair, iron & ironing board, and extra hair dryer. Also, kitchen has everything for entertaining: wineglasses, color coordinated dishes, serving platters and bowls, electric carving knife and electric mixer, toaster, blender as well as plastic dishes and cups to use outdoors or for the children to use. Paper products as well as cleaning products are supplied.
