  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Having the creek in the backyard is incredible; you hear the soothing sound when outside or when the windows are open. The kids had lots to do with the badminton, swings, slide and creek all right outside. Inside, we enjoyed the pool table, extensive DVD/VHS collection, puzzles and games. Everything was as described, and Mark was quick to reply to all of our questions. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

  This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write on VRBO... I can't recommend this cabin enough! Perfect location, great layout for families, large lot, river access, very clean with excellent amenities. Mark the owner is fantastic. He even went above and beyond to get a large screen TV set up for us to watch the NCAA tournament this March! We were thrilled. My wife and I are already making plans to return later this summer and have recommended it to all of our friends. Thanks again for the hospitality Mark!

  This property was a huge blessing for me while attending our staff retreat. It has peaceful surroundings (the creek in the back of the house helped), it is very clean and very well mantained. The decor has been updated since the pictures have been taken and the view from the porch is absolutely amazing. I have already started recommending it to my friends and family.

  This is my 3rd year staying at this cabin. It is absolutely delightful. The area is beautiful. I love having coffee on the porch and listening to the creek. It is a great retreat from the business of the city!

  This is my third visit to this cabin and I would recommend it to anyone. It is so peaceful and afternoon August thunderstorms are a huge bonus. The creek is soothing and you can hear it all day and night. The cabin is so well thought-out in it's set-up that it is easy to arrange for small groups or large groups to be together or have separate space. I look forward to next year back here again!

  Beautiful property located in the woods right next to Mogollon Rim. The property is adjacent to a wonderful stream that has a very calming environment with its sound and constant movement. The appliances all worked as advertised and the layout of the cabin is conducive to the size of our group (5) for both personal privacy and group interactions. Plenty of forest roads to hike or bike to get your exercise. Property also has an abundance of flowers, shrubs and landscaping that adds to the charm. We would highly recommend this property!

  This was our 2nd stay and we look forward to many return visits. Description of cabin, property and pictures are very accurate. Very clean & well maintained. Comfortable & relaxing. Amazing deck with running creek below to enjoy beautiful sunrises while listening to the sounds of nature. We had such a relaxing weekend with no need to leave the property... We enjoyed fishing in the creek, playing badminton, swings & slide, BBQing and spending some quality time with the kids. Thank you for opening your retreat to us!

  Oh my gosh, we loved this beautiful mountain retreat! The accommodates were beyond anything we had ever experienced ~ spacious, clean, functional, quiet and peaceful. Love the deck overlooking the creek. Loved that we enjoyed our meals either inside the cabin or out on the deck or down by the creek. Loved that we all had our own bedrooms with our own bathrooms. The wooded hiking trails along the creek were some of the prettiest I've ever hiked in Arizona. I would highly recommend this property to my friends & family!

  The cabin was the perfect setting for a special weekend with close family friends. The luxury of having separate sleeping and bathroom facilities was wonderful. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of creek and cool night breezes. The layout of the cabin provided for ease of cooking large meals, gathering in the great room for music and games, and relaxing time on the spacious deck. We especially loved the creek side table and chairs. Lots of comfy seating was available throughout the property which allowed for several different groups to gather and visit. We enjoyed barbequing, playing horseshoes, hiking, star gazing (which was awesome), swinging, sipping coffee on the glider, reading books by the creek… Everything we needed was available from kitchen utensils to linens. Perfect cabin for an awesome weekend.

  We loved our stay here! The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. There was ample seating inside, on the deck and down near the creek, and bedrooms were comfortable with a bathroom in or near each room. We had plenty of room for 4 couples and 2 teenagers plus room to spare. It was so relaxing to sit in the shade of the evergreen trees right next to the creek. We even went fishing and tried out the swing in the tree! I'd go there again in a minute.
