This unit was built in the first stage of The Villages at Mauna Lani and is exceptionally private, in the best location, offering features that other Lehua units do not: (i.e. private lava rock wall from driveway to front door, next to and behind one story units versus two story units, mountain views from front and all upgrades possible during construction of the unit.) The Lehua layout has a greatroom concept that extends out (through the 8 ft. windowwall pocket door)to the spacious lanai and yard making it a wonderful family hangout.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private balcony and large bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom, upstairs, has two twin beds with a private bath. The third bedroom, downstairs, is it's own private suite with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. A pocket door off the guest 1/2 bath reveals a large Laundryroom with Fisher Paykel w/d and is stocked with complementary laundry soap and beach towels!
The lanai has a beautiful teak wood table and lounge chairs that seats 6-8 people. The outside kitchen includes a built-in barbeque, refrigerator, and sink. In addition, there is a private patio off the kitchen for sunbathing, morning coffee or a quiet reading spot.
