Third floor: King master suite with sofa and lounger, bath with jacuzzi and patio with outstanding gulf views. Also has a small separate family room with tv.

Sugar Baker’s Beach is professionally decorated with spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and well appointed bedrooms. The front decks provide sweeping views of the gulf and a perfect place to enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and gulf breezes. This home is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many activities in Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and other beach communities between Destin and Panama City Beach.

There are 19 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation. Home is next to the neighborhood pool and tennis court. There is also a golf cart available for your use. The living areas, on the second floor, are stunning with high ceilings, large windows, fireplace, flat screen TV and beautiful furniture. There is a children’s bunk room and full bathroom on the second floor.

A grand staircase leads to the master suite which occupies the entire third floor. The master bedroom has incredible gulf views! The suite offers a third room with a large sleeper sofa and TV that can be used as a sitting room or a fifth bedroom.
