  After reading all the glowing reviews by others, I was skeptical. But all the raves were accurate since the setting, location, accommodations and customer service are all extraordinary. We have taken family vacations in First Class Resorts around the world and in many resorts in the USA, and my family all rated this vacation at the top. From the booking by email to the departure, every moment was arranged with the renter in mind. Our air travel schedules to Hawaii from the Northeast were delayed and hassled because of Nemo, but all the stress and frustration melted away when we walked into Aloha Kai Suite. We were five adults and one child, who had the best time.

  This condo truly exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, and the service was outstanding. It was perfect for our two families. We never felt crowded. The kitchen was amazing! Loved the two fridges. It had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. We loved eating out on the lanai enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean. The location could not have been better, and the facilities were fantastic. The Shops at Wailea were only a minute walk away. Our kids loved walking over for ice cream after dinner. The beach and pools were lovely. We never had a problem getting lounge chairs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing and stress free vacation.

  Beautiful, clean, great location. We booked this because I had a conference at the Marriott Wailea next door and wanted to bring my family. Great alternative to staying in a hotel. We look forward to our next trip. Next time I want to go just for fun!

  We loved the Aloha Kai Suite- spacious, beautifully appointed, cooked many good meals in the terrific kitchen and loved the high quality linens, robes, and delicious basket of goodies upon arrival. The pools and exercise room were used multiple times a day and our 4 year old grandson lived in the family pool. Access to the beach was perfect and the hospitality of the staff made us feel like it was our private resort. The grounds are beautiful and hearing the birds each morning was a treat! Enjoyed the lanai for meals and just relaxing. It was truly our paradise for a week and as one son said "it was the trip of a lifetime". Ditto from us all! Can't wait to return!

  This property is the best of both worlds--5 star service and ammenities along with a comfortable beach residence. The condo is wonderfully appointed with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Tracy the concierge will handle all your vacation activity/dining needs. A helpful bellman will take luggage and groceries to the unit. The pool and beach employees make sure you have towels, chairs, umbrellas, water & sunblock. Great location--next to all Wailea resorts as well as the shops and restaurants. The condo easily accomodates 3 couples and you never feel crowded. Daily maid service is a huge plus! Susan, the owner, is very helpful and responsive in advance of arrival. On site property management responds quickly to any needs. Size of property means the resort never feels crowded even over spring break--so plenty of room at the pool and beach.

  We had our best experience yet on this trip to Maui in the Aloha Kai Suite at the Wailea Beach Villas. The ability to spend this vacation in one place with our 1 year old daughter and extended family made it one full of great memories. The suite was immaculate from the bedrooms, to the furniture, fixtures and kitchen. There was plenty of room for us to relax and we especially enjoyed the dinners we prepared at sunset. The concierge was top notch and was able to assist us with tough dinner reservations along with a great deal at a spa in the area. We especially enjoyed the suites proximity to the beach with the added benefit of a pool we could use made especially for children. The ability to walk to the other 5 star resorts in Kihei was very convenient. All in all this was our favorite vacation spot yet and one that we definitely will be revisiting.

  Having stayed here at the Wailea Beach Villas before, we knew we were in for a fabulous time at the best property in Wailea. We had never stayed in Penthouse 205, however, and found it exceeded expectations! The floor plan is ideal with basically three en suite bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room modern and comfortable with a lovely lanai and ocean view! The furnishings inside and out are beautiful and well appointed, there is a flat screen t.v. in every room. It is the perfect retreat at the end of a day spent at the golf course, tennis courts, adventuring on the ocean, hiking upcountry or just relaxing at the beach! The location is amazing, with the pools and beach just out the back of the property and shops and restaurants just steps from the front lobby. We love the pools and service both at the adult pool and beach. Tracy the concierge, is the greatest, and most helpful guy! I really don't know why anyone would opt for a noisy, crowded hotel, over this private, serene location, with lots of living space and service to boot. The owners of this property are very accommodating and easy to work with...hands down the best Hawaiian vacation ever!

  Wow! This villa is incredible. We always stay at the Four Seasons but decided we needed more space, a kitchen and laundry. Well, we were surprised to find that this was much superior to the Four Seasons! The grounds are beautiful, the stay is full of "Aloha" and the facilities are 5 star. Mahalo!

  The Aloha Kai is like "home" in Maui! The scene that is pictured is exactly what I saw each morning as I looked out from the Lanai. I was very pleased in the ease of working with the owners. We enjoyed all the extras that are provided to make our meals and have the entire family together for a wonderful celebration. Our stay was for our daughter's wedding. Shendressed in the Master bedroom along with the 4 bridesmaids, then the photographer took some lovely photos of the preparation. We were able to have our bridesmaids stay with us and treat them to a wonderful vacation- taking part in the many activites- Kayaking at Makena with the turtles and seeing a lot of whale activity. We had a Luau the day before the wedding and enjoyed wonderful times at the beach or pool, the enjoyed Big beach & its just down the road from Gannon's restaurant. The shortcut to the Wailea shops made for extra convenience to get some great shopping and got our hair done the day of the wedding. The condo is very modern, the large grill and the service was excellent. It was helpful to be able to have the twin beds set up as a King bed Plenty of privacy with the midweek cleaning service was a great help. It is clearly designed with family in mind. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and seeing many locations in quaint Kihei and golfing. Easy drive to head to Lahaina for more shopping, or a snorkel trip, haleakala volcano for sunrise and hiking or a great drive to explore Pai'a, shop and catch some waves. Staying here made our only daughter's wedding a Dream in Paradise come true! The beauty, convenience and welcoming atmosphere made it difficult to leave Maui.
