The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was so spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. A lovely gift basket made us feel so special and we used the little cooler bag daily and brought it home. The complex was so well maintained and the landscaping was beautiful. Just a short lovely walk down to the beach. The most helpful staff ever. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. We will never stay in a mega hotel again. This was our first VRBO experience and WOW what an experience it was. Thank you Susan and Ron we will definitely be back to stay at your condo again and again. Raman and Jeanice

The Aloha Kai Suite at Wailea Beach Villas PH 205 was all anyone could ask for. We felt welcomed, pampered, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The Suite is gracious, luxurious, well organized and maintained. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen so we did not have to eat out every night with a 3 y.o. The pool and beach were fabulous and having shops nearby was wonderful. The owner, Susan, also took the time to provide us with all the information we needed. Thank you

My whole family (three generations worth) stayed at the condo and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was beautifully stocked, we are all cooks, and having a well appointed kitchen with absolutely great views was a must. The walks along the path in front were wonderful, lots of whale sightings on shore and off!!! The service was wonderful, including housekeeping service. Everyone was extremely friendly and accomodating. Good dining and good shopping all within walking distance.

Hi Susan!!! Just wanted to say "thank you" for letting us use your gorgeous home on Maui over the New Year Holiday. We loved it so much!!! You have it decorated beautifully!! And have thought of every detail. We have returned to NJ and were greeted by Old Man Winter and a brisk 18F. What I would do for that heavenly view and 80F right now!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in the second floor penthouse at the Wailea Beach Villas. Reading past posts, it was hard to imagine the reality living up to the hype - well it does. And if you are impressed by the wonderful pictures, the reality is even better. I've stayed at the Four Seasons just a short walk away, and here you have almost all the same ammeneties, same staff, same beach access but three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a location literally across the street from the wonderful restaurants and shops at the Shops of Wailea. Cleaning service was there 3 times daily! Concierge can do anything you need. The layout and landscaping of the property is both secure and beautiful. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I return.

My family and I stayed at this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place is gorgeous, spacious, and exactly what you are looking for when wanting to stay in Maui. Its close to the beach, pools, shopping, and food!!! Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and very friendly. On our next trip to Maui we will absolutely come back to this beautiful condo- until then, it will be in our dreams!! We love our visits to Hawaii, but staying here made it even better!!

My husband, mother and two children had a fabulous time staying at the Wailea Beach Villas. The penthouse suite was lovely and we felt very much at home. It exceeded all of our expectations in every way. Everything we needed was at our finger tips and conveniently provided for us. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, amazing restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning again next year! Thank you for an incredible holiday. It was definitely our best family trip to date!!

The place was incredible. We loved the decor, the spacious rooms and the gourmet kitchen. The sunset view every night was a treat on the Lanai. We really enjoyed the place and the excellent service of the resort. We had no problems whatsoever and everyone was polite and nice. The beach at the resort was clean and not crowded. My wife loved it so much she wanted one just like it. That's not going to happen. I would rather rent a place like this and savor every moment of our stay. Thanks and it was better than what we expected.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a fresh orchid lei for each of us, we were relaxed and knew we were somewhere special. The staff remained helpful and available as required but not intrusive. Our penthouse was spacious and beautifully appointed and was pristine upon arrival. With each service it was returned to that state. We were delighted to receive a magnificent welcome basket that was graciously devoured. Everything we required and more was available from kitchen utensils to the great laundry and fantastic DVDs. We were particularly grateful for great quality bed linen and plentiful towels. We also enjoyed being a short walk about from the beach as it got us going and feeling like we did some exercise. The walk past all the beautiful gardens was especially lovely. The kids' pool is perfectly located and the hot tub is the nicest we've ever seen. It didn't feel like we were sitting in a public bath. The gym is perfectly positioned so we could watch kids swim and workout. The view from our balcony was perfect for sunset drinks. We truly loved our time and have never felt so relaxed in such luxury. The location is superb and in the nicest part of Maui. Being next to the big hotels and the beautiful shops across the road afforded us an abundance of restaurant and shopping opportunities but also the ability to return to the peace, quiet and privacy "at home". We also made use of the concierge shopping service. All the groceries we ordered were thoughtfully stored just before we arrived. This was great after 1 week of junk food and travelling. We only had to top up at the general store with a few basics. Our children (12,10,8 & 4) are begging to return and so are we! We thank Susan & Ron for providing such a magnificent place to stay where absolutely nothing has been left out.

First I must say thank you for the welcome basket full of goodies. We thoroughly enjoyed it. My friends and I had a wonderful time in Hawaii and at your beautiful beach villa. I can't say enough about your villa. From the moment we walked through the doors we felt at home. Your spacious villa well accommodated the six of us and loved having our own separate spaces for quiet time. On game day....we cooked on the grill and watched our home teams The Buccaneers and The Rays on the 50 inch plasma tv....Yay!!! We went to a Lua at Wailea Beach Resort - Scuba Diving in Lahaina - Road to Hana & 2 mile hiked to 400 ft. waterfall- Blue Hawaiian Helicopter tour over 3 islands - and of course relaxed on the beach. oh.....Mama's FishHouse...MMMMMMMM!!!! I've waited a long time to vacation in Hawaii. I must say this vacation is one for the Memory Book. We felt like 7 days weren't enough to see all that Maui had to offer. Most definite, we plan to return to Maui again and your beautiful villa.

We stayed in this plush but comfortable condo with our 3 kids, all under age 10. So many lovely details: a welcome gift basket overflowing with goodies and fresh fruit, bathrooms stocked with REALLY nice lotion, body wash etc. We loved the proximity to the beach and all the amenities on site. Kids made great use of the pool table in the game room! Tracy the concierge and other staff were extremely helpful. Owners Susan and Ron are wonderful "hosts!"

We ventured away from the hotel vacation to try the condomium experience. It was incredible. We stayed with our two adult children and their girlfriend / boyfriend, as well as another couple from our extended family. We were met with a cool drink and a lei and someone to show us around the facility and suite. They helped with the bags and groceries. The suite was beautiful, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. We never felt crowded or in the way. The kitchen is great and had all the tools if you wanted to cook. The location was wonderful as there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were all extremely comfortable. There were TVs in each room so you could always have some down time or privacy if needed. There was daily towel service and turn down service which we did not expect and was so great. There is a fan on the lanai which other units did not have and we really loved and appreciated. We spent a great deal of time on the lovely beach and beautiful pool. They provided towels, sunscreen, set up the lounges on the beach and were so nice. There was no charge for all of these extras unlike the hotels. Our daughter is making a spread sheet on all the money we saved on food and drinks! We went scuba diving through the hotel next door. You could also use their spa if you wanted, but two of us had a massae through this facility on the beach and it was great. Most importantly we had our family and friends together and spent so much time with them that is not possible when you separate to your hotel rooms. We loved every minute of it. We needed more time to take advantage of the barbeque, the kitchen and the restaurants. It had everything. Thank you so much!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location-pools, beach, restaurants, golf, walking, as well an excellent staff made our vacation everything we hoped for. The unit itself is First Class with wonderful views and facilities. We had breakfast outside every morning and the tropical breezes help make this a true Hawaiian experience. There is a piece of art work in the dining area which spells out, "Memories." It reminded me of the old Dean Martin song, "Memories Are Made of This" and they sure were-great ones.

We stayed here for six nights during the 4th of July holiday. Our group consisted of six people. Honestly, it was the perfect accommodation for our group. Considering the surrounding hotels, it made complete sense to rent the penthouse and enjoy our long stay in comfort. Walking distance to everything (beach, pools, and shops). Also, Tracy the concierge set up a couple of excursions and an incredible dinner for our group. We are looking forward to our next trip back to the Wailea Beach Villas!

Our family stayed at the Aloha Kai Suite in June of 2011 and we couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is beautifully furnished and its location - next to the Grand Wailea hotel - is ideal for a family with teens or young kids. We found the condo to be roomy and comfortable, even with as many as 8 people in the kitchen and family room areas at the same time. If you need an extra bed, as we did, there's even a queen-sized blow up mattress that can be used to sleep two. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and there are even two refrigerators; we used one for food and the other one for drinks. There's also a high-end stereo system that has a connector to plug in your iPod and there are excellent speakers in every room. The best thing about the Aloha Kai Suite is its location. We feel that Wailea is the nicest area of Maui, and the Wailea Beach Villas are right on the beach. Although the Aloha Kai Suite is in the one of the buildings in the back of the complex, the walk down to the beach is not that bad and only takes a couple of minutes. If you're looking for a luxury condo in Hawaii that's beautifully furnished and on the best beaches in Maui, then the Aloha Kai Suite is for you.

The Wailea Beach Villas are in a wonderful location, situated next door to the Shops at Wailea, and overlooking a beautiful stretch of beach. Even considering how lovely the WBV's are, the Aloha Kai suite presented superb comfort and an ideal location. We could see the ocean from the lanai, the walk down to the adult pool or beach was through beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, and inside 205 every comfort was provided to make our stay a pure pleasure. I really cannot recommend this lovely home highly enough, and thank the owners for opening their Maui home for others to enjoy. It was bliss!

Hey Susan… Wanted to send you a note to thank you for sharing your home. We had a great time! The place was perfect. Tracy set us up with some great excursions and we truly got a great taste of Maui. I could go on and on! OK… the kids went rock diving off black rock in Kaanapali, we went snorkeling and snuba-ing, surfing, Randy and his Mom played a round of golf at the Emerald course. The Marriott Luau was fabulous as was the zip-lining up by Haleakala. We of course used the beach and pool at your place. We found some boogie boards in the trash chute room and used them a couple of times! I even got a new suit at the Shops at Wailea. We cooked in a lot and it was very fun to cook in your kitchen! We watched movies and played games and my 11 year old took a bath in the big tub. I didn’t get that far; needed a few more days. Thanks again! Mahalo!!

Our WBV experience was a wonderful one in many ways. Wailea is our favorite part of the island. Last time we were on the island we stayed at a hotel but this time we chose to try a condo while in Maui, Aloha Kai, and have discovered it is the way to go when vacationing on Maui. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party so the Fagin's place was ideal. Everyone had plenty of personal space and at the same time the great room/kitchen was a great place for all to hang out together. It was important for us to have all the kitchen amenities because we love to cook. This kitchen had it all- double refrigerators/freezer, and all the right utensils for cooking AND grilling, blender for pina coladas, plenty of dinnerware and silverware, and a large dining room table. Grocery shopping is about a 10-minute drive to Kihei. The Fagins have a great supply of good books, board games, and DVDs to choose from. The one thing we did not discover until the day we left were the boogie boards located in the utility room where the trash chute is located. My kids could have used those to catch the waves. The pool/beach staff was very attentive. It was convenient and easy to get beach chairs set up for us when we requested. Every morning we enjoyed a jog on the pathway by the beach; it's probably about 1.5 miles long. The unit is conveniently located with a 5-minute walk to a shopping center where we enjoyed shopping, dining and even renting snorkel gear. The concierge was very helpful with directing us to a snorkel spot further south. Other activities on the island that we participated in included snorkeling at Molokini, ziplining, guided hike in Iao Valley, and visiting the Kula botanical gardens all of which were a reasonable car drive away. As you can see, Aloha Kai is a great location with great amenities.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful villa for the week of spring break. It was exactly as we were expecting. The villa is very spacious, clean, well layed out and beautiful. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff who helped us get settled and gave us an overview of the area. They also anwered many of our questions throughout our stay. There is easy access to the family pool with the adult pool being just a short walk toward the beach. The beach is about a 5 minute walk through the property and there is staff there to set up the chairs and unbrellas. The beach is spectacular! Terrific swimming and great sand to play. There is opportunity to rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards from an independent stand at the Grand Wailea which is right next door. There is a lovely path all along the beach that extends the length of the multiple hotels which is a wonderful feature. Lots of people running and walking this path in the morning. Also, it's an easy way to reach the other hotel restaurants if you are having dinner there. Across the street from the villas are the Wailea Shops. There are a few restaurants, two stores to buy staples for breakfast/lunch and shops that range from Fendi to Gap. We found some very cute bathing suits! If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. The owner is also very responsive and easy to work with. Aloha!

Dear Susan, Thank you so much for your wonderful home in Maui! We absolutely enjoyed ourselves! The view from the lanai is beautiful! We saw so many whales from there and from the beach. The beach, by the way was fantastic too! The folks down there were always so helpful - putting our chairs and umbrellas up every morning. Of course you have to be there REALLY early for the front row! The condo itself is so nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. We can't wait to get back!! Thank you again!!

From the moment that we arrived, to the moment we left our condo, we were well cared for and had an amazing family vacation. We were greeted with Lei's and hibiscus tea at arrival, received an informative tour of the property, then were able to see the condo. The condo couldn't have been nicer! No detail was ignored as it was a great condo with amazing appointments. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you could need plus more! Having such close access to the pool, beach, and the shops at Wailea is so great! Next time we plan a trip to Hawaii, we will be contacting Susan again to see if their unit is available because we hope to come back again SOON!

We have been visiting Maui for 15 years, and Wailea is our favorite part of the island. The Wailea Beach Villas have become our new favorite place to stay. As others have mentioned, these villas really combine the convenience and spaciousness of a home with the luxury of a resort. This was our first stay at the Aloha Kai Suite, and we had a wonderful time. This penthouse is absolutely gorgeous, and has everything you could possibly need. We walked to the beach every morning, and it was so great to have the chairs, towels and umbrellas set up for our family on the beach. We also enjoyed walking and jogging on the path along the ocean, it's about 1.5 miles long so you can get a 3+ mile run in the morning or evening, with beautiful scenery. The Fagin's were wonderful and very helpfull leading up to our stay. Thank you for an amazing experience! We plan to stay here again SOON!

My husband and I have traveled to Maui before, but on this trip decided to bring the kids along. We needed a bigger place, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was spectacular. We sat on the deck in the mornings and ate our breakfast, and played board games with the kids in the evenings. The pool was visable to us from the deck so we could keep an eye on the kids while they played in the water. The walk to the ocean only took 4 minutes, and wound through the most beautiful grounds; lined with waterfalls, and bridges, and the gorgeous flowers. We had a private entrance way, and the room was completely sound proof. We commented more than once that we will never stay in another hotel when traveling to Hawaii (with or without the kids). I would recommed this place to anyone. We all had the most amazing time, and all shed a little tear the moring we had to leave. It really was paradise on earth!

The Aloha Kai is amazing! We loved the space and all the amenities. The front desk and concierge service was excellent and took care of all of our needs. Our Thanksgiving stay was perfect. We were 3 couples, and 1 of the couples had 2 toddlers. The condo was spacious - both the common areas and the rooms/bathrooms. We also loved that the dining table seated 8 comfortably. We ate every breakfast and dinner at the condo - the kitchen was so-well stocked. The kiddie pool had lots of great toys for the pool and beach. We spent every morning at the beach, which was about a 5 minute walk from the condo. Loved the cabana service at the beach. Loved that the Wailea and Makena golf courses were so close, and we walked to the Shops at Wailea several times during our stay. On top of the great accomodations, Susan was super responsive to all questions. My family plans to repeat our stay at Aloha Kai Suite - it was wonderful.

Our Family celebrated birthdays, an anniversary, and being together in Maui for 3 weeks. 2 Grandchildren and our adult children joined us. Our accomodations were the best we have ever stayed in Maui. The condo has the most fabulous kitchen, 2 refrigerators, every kitchen accessory imaginable, a high tech oven and cook-top. From a salad spinner, waffle maker, sandwich maker, rice cooker, etc. etc. The condo is decorated beautifully and the terrace has a viking grill, a sun shade that rolls down and a fan which makes sitting on the terrace even more enjoyable. There are 4 high defination TV'S, surround sound in every room, DVD, and an I-pod hook up. --it is over the top. This is a condo that has been decorated and appointed with everything, like living in one's own home. We loved that we were close to the children's pool, but far enough that no noise ever. Enclosed parking was great convenience. When we arrived we were so tired and we entered Wailea Beach Villas, met and welcomed by the guard. He met us in the parking garage, took all our suitcases, golf clubs, and all the groceries we had purchased and told us to go to our unit and he would take care of everything else. It was fabulous! The Staff is so friendly and the concierge, Tracy Dill, was so very helpful. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. Since we had young Grandchildren, we asked that our condo be done at 10 and on the days scheduled they were there on time. This unit is so comfortable, beautiful, and charming. The 3 weeks we stayed, we only went out to dinner 4 times as we enjoyed staying in and watching the sunsets and cooking in the kitchen and using the grill. Our family plans to go back to this same unit in the near future. Susan was so easy and pleasant to rent from and I have told many of our friends about our stay at Wailea Beach Villas-J205. Five Stars for this unit!

This year we visited Wailea twice. On the first trip we stayed at Ho Olei. On the second we stayed in this unit at Wailea Beach Villas. We thought the quality of the unit and location of Wailea Beach Villas far surpassed Ho Olei. We particularly enjoyed Susan and Ron's suite because it is extremely well furnished and maintained and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. In addition, Susan and Ron proved to be very responsive and much more pleasurable to deal with than having to work through a management company. Would highly recommend - pictures don't do it justice!

We have recently returned home after spending 10 fabulous days in this outstanding property. We couldn't have asked for more, in terms of the property itself or the generosity and support of Ron & Sue as owners. This is truly a first class development and the managment of the property is second to none. The condo itself offers everything you could possibly require to make for a memorable vacation and the surrounding properties and amenities are simply a bonus for your enjoyment. We would certainly reccomend this property to anyone that wants to spoil themselves! Thanks Ron & Sue...you are very accomodating hosts.

We loved everything about our stay at the Aloha Kai! From the moment we arrived at the Villas and were greeted by the staff we knew this was going to be one memorable vacation. The grounds are impeccable and the entire facility is decorated to perfection. The unit is decorated beautifully and is very spacious. We loved the layout of the unit with the big bedroom in the front which is where we had our 2 year old, and the other bedrooms in the back which meant our parents were not woken up by our early mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in and we used the grill on the deck just about every night. The pools were great, the kids pool is a short distance from the condo which was nice for us. The beach chairs and umbrellas that are availiable on the beach was great and made it feel more like a hotel than a condo. We were able to get drinks at the bar at the Grand Wailea which was convenient. Also, being right on the beach path was great for morning walks and we also frequented the Shops at Wailea for ice cream or morning coffee. We have only positive things to say about our stay and are hoping to book another trip soon!

"Perfect location for a Maui getaway!" Perfect place for our 3 families for a small family reunion. The condo is nicer than the pictures and description let on. It is well laid out with plenty of open space and private space (even for napping kids) -- and the only thing I think that the kitchen is missing is a waffle iron. The family pool is just down the elevator. The beach is short walk though the well manicured grounds. And if you forgot anything the Stores at Wailea (upper end shopping center) are just through the gate at the back of the property (out of sight). The beach in South Maui is the best too -- the slow break and relative shelter from the tradewinds make this the perfect location for playing in the sand, swimming, body boarding, and snorkeling. The Grand Wailea and Four Seasons are next door, so it's easy to rent paddle boards, a kayak, or scuba gear if you get bored with the simple stuff. Lastly, the front desk and grounds staff at WBV were fantastic too!

The Aloha Kai Suite was AMAZING! I can't say enough about this gorgeous penthouse. We began the first half of our 'honeymoon' at the end of June into early July of 2010, following our wedding in Lahaina. We stayed with my husband's sisters and my maid-of-honor. It was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations in every way! It probably sounds strange since we were in Maui, but we made a point to spend time there because we really felt at home, and wanted to enjoy the amenities of the unit and the property. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a great time hosting friends for dinner, and grilled on the BBQ on the lanai more than once. The iPod dock was quite useful and it was really nice that you could control volume in each room throughout the villa. We LOVED the hot tub which is very close to the unit (along with the pool.) If you walk a little further there is an adult pool oceanfront, which is also quite breathtaking. We spent a fair share of time shopping at the Shops at Wailea which are right next door, and enjoyed taking little walks here and there without having to take the car each time. The pictures provide a realistic view of what you can expect. The photos do not make the space look bigger than it actually is, the way some other rental listings do. The master bedroom was heavenly and the bed was so comfy! I could go on and on about all the things we loved about the penthouse, so rather than do that I will just say; if you're considering this unit for your vacation, I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed!

The Aloha Kai Suite is the perfect place to stay. It is so luxurious and has everything you could possibly need. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, ipod hookup, and wireless internet. And how about that gorgeous view from the Lanai!!!! It is a 3 minute walk to everything you need, restaurants, mall, minimarket. If you are a runner or walker you can run straight from the property along the road and then loop down to the beach. You can comfortably get in over 5 miles. My trip was another piece of paradise that I won't forget. I will keep coming back and will not stay anywhere else.

Dear Susan and Ron,Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful Aloha Kai Suite, it is truly the perfect place to stay in paradise. The staff at Wailea Beach Villas are amazing and so helpful and friendly, every single one we met greeted us with a smile and "Aloha". The location couldn't be more perfect; beautiful views of the ocean, walking out the back to the Shops at Wailea and all the restaurants in walking distance. The condo itself was wonderful. Everything was so beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and a kitchen to die for! Everything we could have ever possibly needed was there for us, it was just perfect! We enjoyed every minute and we can't wait to come back next year! Our kids didn't want to leave (and neither did we!)

Thank you so much Susan and Ron for letting us enjoy your wonderful suite. It was spacious for our entire family and beautifully appointed with high end decor. The kitchen was also a cook's delight. As seen in your pictures, the lanai was a perfect place to see unbelievable sunsets and for us at this time of year- to see whales jumping and splashing! We all loved the generous welcome basket with local delights and our daughters loved the fresh leis and very cute toy fishes. Lastly, your suite is the PERFECT location to the beach, the family pool, the Shops at Wailea mall and to many restuarants. We were also able to enjoy the exciting luau at the Marriot and the Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea hotel-both steps from your suite! Again, thank you, Susan and Ron. We would definitely love to stay in your suite again and will highly recommend it to anyone we know who will vacation in Maui.

We have been to Maui quite a few times but this was our first trip to Wailea. We had no idea what to expect when we made lodging arrangements. However, upon arrival, we were more than blown away by how spectacular our accomdations were. So beautifully appointed in every way and yet, so comfortable. The penthouse suite was spacious as well. And imagine our surprise when we were greeted with the thoughtful welcome basket (and extremely useful in the days ahead). The personnel on hand were all friendly and helpful. We can't wait to have an opportunity to come back. Many thanks for sharing your home!

Our recent vacation was more than a special treat; it was incredible because of the welcoming and luxurious accommodations at the Aloha Kai Suite. Thank you fo much for sharing your beautifully appointed penthouse suite in the Wailea Beach Villas. Our family of seven, including four teenagers and an 11 year-old, had a very relaxing time, with plenty use of the adult (two kids both 18 and 19 could use the adult pool), and frequent playful use of the kids pool. The teenagers had friends come from Ekahi to play pool for several hours in the pool table room, which gave them their own space for healthy hanging out in the evening. They had several tournaments down there! The service both at the concierge, front desk and the beach was outstanding. And best of all for my teenagers, we were close to the shopping and ice cream parlor which allowed for some other evening diversion. The concierge was very helpful, and booked us with Charlie for surfing lessons.......fabulous time with Charlie. Well worth it. The generous welcome basket was very much appreciated by all. Everything in the suite was in perfect working condition, and the kitchen was not lacking for anything (even two meat thermometers for our large chateaubriand we prepared on the grill for our family and another family of five! And we were all comfortable at the dining table and lanai. We have traveled a lot with our kids, and this is undoubtedly the best accommodations and service we have ever received. Our children haven't stopped thanking us. We will be back again! Thanks again.

Our three weeks at the Aloha Kai Suite with our family was awesome. The grandchildren loved the pool which is so easy to access. We loved the beautiful pathway to the beach and the immaculate colorful gardens. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The chefs in the family provided us with some amazing gourmet dinners. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the views and sunsets. The floor plan of the suite allowed each family to have their own space. Thanks Susan and Ron for sharing your little bit of heaven with us.

Susan and Ron: A memory to last a lifetime! Serenity, privacy, luxury, convenience and class. We echo the sentiments of your prior guests and agree wholeheartedly! My partner and I celebrated our 10th anniversary in your exquisite villa and truly appreciated the warmth and personal touches which enveloped us. Three staff members commented (unsolicitedly) that, "Susan is wonderful," and "We love her!". We couldn't agree more! We have traveled the world and nowhere have we felt more at home as we did here. The Wailea Beach Villas deliver far more than promised-which is extremely rare. Susan and Ron are special people who take pride in the smallest of details and specialize in making dreams come true! We hope to have the pleasure of returning some day. Mahalo, Heather, Miriam and Sharon

The Aloha Kai Suite far surpassed my expectations. The Suite itself was extremely spacious allowing all 6 of us adults to have our own privacy and space. My husband and I were lucky enough to have the Master Bedroom suite and bath; it was hugh and had every luxury and necessity we could think of. The MB had a private door to the back lanai. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the folks in Maui are not kidding when they say "the Maui sunset is the best". The group we traveled with love to eat; so we enjoyed the large gourmet kitchen and the BBQ facilities on the lanai. We also loved the close proximity to fabulous restaurants and shops. Without hesitation we would head back to Maui and stay at the Aloha Kai Suite every visit.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Aloha Kai Suites during the second week of September both this year (2009) and last year (2008). Last Year with Rob's family and this year with Lisa's family. The suite was better than we could ever have imagined. The Master Bedroom was immaculate and could have housed my entire family ;) But alas we decided to give everyone there own privacy and split ourselves across the the three large bedrooms with room to spare. The chef's kitchen provided more than enough room for my "Foodie" family to cook and 'Nosh in. The large family room and large lanai provided the main gathering areas for my family to take in the spectacular ocean views and tremendous Maui sunsets. Rob loved that we were such a short walking distance to the Shops of Wailea to take in the Night Life and Dining. I loved that we were close enough to the shops to let me get my shopping fix taken care of at least once a day. :) Thank you Susan for letting us enjoy September in Maui these last couple of years, you can feel free to pencil us in for the next 5 years. :)

This was my 11th trip to Hawaii - the Aloha Kai Suite was the most fantastic place that I ever stayed and I have stayed in the best - Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, the Grand Wailea, the Fairmont Kea Lani and so on... This Penthouse Condo is truly immaculate. The staff at the Wailea Beach Resort are unsurpassed and the grounds are just magnificent! The immediate access to the Wailea shops only add to a great Hawaiian experience that we enjoyed for 8 nights. Thanks to Susan and Ron for sharing this with us - we will be back!!

Having stayed in numerous other venues in the Wailea area, this place by far was the best of the best. We had four adults, one teenager, and two kids in our party and the unit was more than comfortable. The location is superb and our welcome greeting was the greatest start to our most memorable vacation. The welcome basket was devoured and the cooler was truly too cool! I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone and we look forward to coming again soon.

Susan; Thank you so much for the use of your incredable home at Wailea Beach Villas. Everything was "Top Notch." I could not find a single thing to complain about if I tried. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The grounds and amenities are marvelous. The location on Wailea Beach and proximety to the Shops at Wailea suited our needs to a T. The kids (teens) could simply walk across the street to the mall to eat, shop, hang out, etc. when they got tired of spending too much time with Mom and Dad. "Absolute Perfection" is the best way to describe our time there. We definately plan on making your Condo "Our Place" for our annual trips to Maui. Kimberly & Todd Simmons P.S. The Welcome basket was a HIT with everyone. We used the little cooler every day. Thank you so much for the additional thoughtfulness.
