Feel the ocean breezes from the dining room, living room and front and back decks of this lovely second floor condominium with views of the Borgata Casino Hotel and Spa. This large, tastefully decorated condominium features a state of the art kitchen with all the amenities. Living room has 42-inch flat screen TV and wireless internet access. Master bedroom has private bath and sliding glass doors that lead to the rear balcony. The second bedroom also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a daybed with trundle (for the kids). The living room sofa converts to a queen size bed. Also available is a private, outdoor, enclosed, hot and cold shower. A full size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, as well as, a BBQ grill. Weekly rates from Sep 08, 2007-Sep 29, 2008 .. $1500/week.
$300 Security Deposit and 10% of weekly rate due within 7 days to
reserve week(s). 50% due 45 days prior to arrival; balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. Lease will be mailed upon receipt of security and
10% deposit. Weeks remain open until security and 10% deposit received.
