$300 Security Deposit and 10% of weekly rate due within 7 days to
reserve week(s). 50% due 45 days prior to arrival; balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. Lease will be mailed upon receipt of security and
10% deposit. Weeks remain open until security and 10% deposit received.
