"USA Today" rated our Beach #1. Noncommercial pristine beaches boast beautifully protected sand dunes, contain extra wide sandbars, are 50 yards wide, and extend in both directions as far as the eye can see.
At sunset, the Gulf transforms into a vibrant array of tantalizing pinks, opulent oranges, iridescent blues, and velvety violets while the sun slowly sinks into the Southwestern horizon.

We went down to Bird of Paradise for Thanksgiving and it was one of our best. Your home is wonderful. We stayed on the beach and watched the spectacular sunset then ate our turkey which we grilled on the bar-b-que. The cottage was perfect for our family. For Mothers' Day we talked about getting away to the beach with the kids... and we are so happy we chose VRBO/ 122906 Bird of Paradise! The grandkids were safe and secure in this picteresque neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and the two grandchildren. The setting was perfect.Did you find this review helpful? Every year we come to BIRD of PARADISE to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary ;-}! The cottage is beautiful with so many ameneties. I wanted to take the time to thank you for opening up your home to us. My whole family fell in love with the location and amenities that were all around. From the pool a few houses down, to the beach a minute away, and all of the shopping and restaurants in walking distance. It was better than described on your website.
