This is a clean and spacious 1100 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs unit with balcony overlooking the garden. With hard wood floors in the living room, vaulted ceilings, LCD Flat Panel High Definition TV. Every room has a TV with cable, high speed wireless internet access and unlimited calling in the United States and Canada! Main Street is less than five short blocks away and runs straight to the Huntington Beach pier. The ocean is about 1.5 miles away, 5 minute bike ride and we offer bikes for $20 per week per bike (they are $20 per hour at the beach!!)
We are just up the street (1.7 mi) from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton on Huntington Street if you are here for a convention. Surf City (Huntington Beach) is close to virtually every major visitor attraction in Southern California and is a family-friendly place that's incredibly safe, ranked among the Top Ten Safest Cities by City Crime rankings for decades. Up to 8 Beach cruisers, Mt bikes, kids bikes or bikes with child seats can be available with this house. Many have found that a ride on the boardwalk form Huntington to Newport Beach may just be the highlight of your whole vacation!
You will find suggestions for where to walk to dinner, lunch, or dancing once you arrive. Take an evening walk or a mid-day bike ride to fabulous shopping, dining, laying out at the beach, or just people watching.
Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises.

We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck.
Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols surf school or take a stunning drive down the coast to Newport and Laguna all just minutes away. We are conveniently located near freeway access to get you to all the local theme parks (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World...) with ease.
Do not miss out on an evening beach bonfire, a night out dancing, or a long ride on our 15-mile-long, ocean view, bike path from Newport to Seal Beach. Business trip? Bring the whole family. Work in peace in the office with phone, Internet, and desk at your disposal.

There were seven of us, four adults and three children from 3 years old to 10 years old. The place was clean and roomy. Large front room allowed for kids to play and not be in the way of watching TV. Hot tub was just down the stairway and provided privacy. Location was great for restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores. Hunington Beach downtown within 10 minute drive, and only 30 minutes to Disneyland. We enjoyed and will be back again!!

This place was excellent and affordable. It was able to accommodate our family of 12 comfortably. The location was perfect and parking was always available. The amenities were awesome especially the Jacuzzi. The owner was in the house next door which made our stay welcoming and pleasant. We are hoping to be able to stay there on our next trip.
