Aspenwood is located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort. The distance to the free bus route is 25 yards, the distance to the Deer Valley Resort is 4/10 mile and the distance to Park City Mountain Resort is less than 2 miles. Additionally, Park City’s Main Street, a mile away, can be reached with just a short bus, cab ride or 15 minute walk.
There are 3 levels with a private bedroom and full bathroom on each floor and a total of over 2,300 square feet. The master features its own jetted tub. There is a private outdoor hot tub on the upper back deck. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and plasma TV. Additionally, each bedroom has a TV.
There is laundry in the unit and an attached 1 car garage with a tandem outside spot for a total of two spots.

Why the Owner Chose Aspenwood
We purchased the property due to the close proximity to the base of Deer Valley resort (4/10 of a mile), as well as Main Street (1 mile) and Park City Mountain Resort (2 miles). The free shuttle stop located approximately 25 yards from the front door makes it very easy to get to each resort as well as Main Street.

We have just returned from our annual ski vacation and can't wait to return. Deer valley was fabulous and so was the condo. Everything was as shown but nicer. The kitchen was well stocked and much like home. Little things that i found that I needed were there too, like tape. It was so nice not to have to run to the store (though there is one across the street). The beds were comfortable, the internet fast and the location was perfect. The transaction was flawless as well. This will be our first choice for all future stays in and around Park City/Deer Valley.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

We have stayed in a number of condos in Deer Valley, and this Aspenwood property is top notch. It is exactly as advertised with a beautiful remodeled kitchen, lovely hardwood floors, and plenty of space. With the three bedrooms on three separate floors, it was ideal for a 3-generation vacation. We loved how convenient it was to Deer Valley and Park City - just a 30 second walk to the bus/shuttle pick up and minutes away from the slopes. The owner and property manager are both very responsive, helpful, and professional. We are already looking into booking our stay for next year!

I highly recommend this condo. I rented it with friends and we all loved it! It is so charming, comfortable, spacious, clean and has everything you need. The location is really great too, very convenient, close to skiing in Deer Valley or Park City and to the nightlife on Main St. The owners were very responsive and made the process very easy. I will definitely rent there again.

We had a great time at this Deer Valley townhouse. We are a family with pre-teen children. We all loved it. The location was incredibly convenient and the unit was well equipped and in great shape. We are planning a return visit.

THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST AND WELL APPOINTED PROPERTIES WE HAVE STAYED IN. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT, WITH ACCESS TO DEER VALLEY, PARK CITY SKI RESORT AND DOWNTOWN. THE TRANSACTION AND COMMUNICATION WAS FLAWLESS. I HAVE NOT STAYED IN A RENTAL UNIT WHERE THE OWNER WAS AS ATTENTIVE AND CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR STAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IF AVAILABLE.

This Aspenwood townhome is a wonderful "home away from home". Nicely appointed without being too fussy for comfort, and very well located to both Deer Valley and Park City ski mountains. The owners are really terrific - we have rented their home twice and both times the transactions were flawless and their attention to us, and concern for us, was evident. I would highly recommend this property for your vacation! Just treat it nice so it's ready for us the next time we visit!

We loved this place: very spacious, well tended and better equipped than most. High quality appliances, lots of good kitchenware and glasses/dishes, great hot tub and a TV in every room. Add to that, you can walk to the lift in about 8 minutes. The best Deer Valley place we've found in 10 years.
