This two-story oceanfront beach cottage is located within popular Sea Pines Plantation. It is within walking distance to South Beach Marina and within biking distance to Harbour Town Marina.
The home's layout is considered an upside-down house, a floor plan used and desired by many on the island, meaning there is a bedroom, bathroom, family room and laundry room on the first floor, and the remaining three bedrooms, two bathrooms, family room, dining room and kitchen on the second floor. This is a desired floor plan, especially for oceanfront homes, because of the breathtaking views of the rolling sand dunes, white sand beaches and the Atlantic Ocean from the second level. This home also features a brand new balcony, deck, and screened porch on the second level.
The vast backyard has a pool and hot-tub, which can be heated*, as well as a large grass area, which is ideal for playing games. The private beach path will lead you through the sand dunes and to our white sand beaches.
Among the four bedrooms are two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin beds as well as a sleeper sofa; therefore, it can comfortably accommodate up to ten people.
Note: When booking the reservation, please ask for “16 Painted Bunting.”
*Pool and spa can be heated upon request for a $500 propane charge.
