Summer Rates $350/week $1200/month, Plus (12%)taxes. 5-1/11-30
WinterRates $595/Week $1750/Month Plus (12%) Taxes 12-1/4-30
Rent Includes all Utilities & Services. Returning Guest Stay at the 1st stay Rate.
To reserve the home a $200 deposit is required that converts to a damage deposit.
The rental must be paid in full prior to your check-in date.
A $200 fully refundable security deposit + $100 one time cleaning fee is required.
Payment is by Certified Check, Money-order or Visa/MasterCard.

My wife and I had a great time at this property. The owner has done an excellent job of presenting a clean and efficient house right in the heart of Seminole Heights (Tampa, FL). It is in a very nice neighborhood with many houses either renovated or under renovation. Very convenient for travel in and around the Tampa Bay area.
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

Went to Tampa to visit our Daughter & had to bring our 3 small dogs,usally stay at pet friendly hotels but just happend to find HS!!We rented a home on 204 E North st.What we thought was a good idea!!Turned into our Dream Vaction,no stress when we had to go out-the dogs were very happy to be in a home (not a Room).It was very close to our Daughter & the Neiborhood was very nice & friendly. Many Thanks to TJ for a FIRST CLASS operation & to the homeowner Bill for renting a Clean Beautiful home.Dave & Becky Rogers
