Our larger newly updated Non-Smoking, Pet-Free 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 895 square foot condo is located in the top floor of the Silver Mill building in the Heart of River Run with many shops, restaurants, even Starbucks! Just a THREE-MINUTE WALK through this quaint village to the gondola. It has great ski area views and South facing for plenty of sun. Sit on your deck in the quiet courtyard and watch the skiers.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, private bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, and shares a second bath with the living area. In the master bedroom and family room there is cable TV with DVD and we have our own DVD movie library. The family room has brand new Broyhill furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen will accommodate all your dining needs. Outdoor BBQ located on the deck! For your entertainment needs we have board games and movies for all ages. The Silver Mill Lodge features 3 hot tubs, sauna, a shared outdoor heated pool with 2 additional hot tubs, lobby area with pool table, fireplace, TV and ski lockers. (No ski equipment allowed in unit).
