Our larger newly updated Non-Smoking, Pet-Free 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 895 square foot condo is located in the top floor of the Silver Mill building in the Heart of River Run Village with many shops, restaurants, even Starbucks! Just a THREE-MINUTE WALK through this quaint village to the gondola. It has great ski area views and South facing for plenty of sun. Sit on your deck in the quiet courtyard and watch the skiers.
Our master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen HDTV, private bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen HDTV, and shares a second bath with the living area. In the master bedroom and family room there is Dish Network TV with DVD and we have our own DVD movie library. The family room has brand new Broyhill furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen will accommodate all your dining needs. Outdoor electric BBQ located on the deck! Outdoor gas grill on the main level spa area. For your entertainment needs we have board games and movies for all ages. Check out the link to our photo album with all of the new furnishings, appliances and decor. It has the look and feel of a brand new home!
The Silver Mill Lodge features 3 brand new hot tubs, dry sauna, a shared outdoor heated pool with 2 additional hot tubs, lobby area with pool table, brand new fitness center, fireplace, TV and ski lockers. (No ski equipment allowed in unit).

The location is great right in the heart of the village, but very close to the gondola. Accommodations were clean well appointed and plenty of home essentials were there.

This was one of my most comfortable stays in a ski condo. Looked like a brand new home! All the comforts of home! Easy 2 minute walk to the gondola!

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Description & photos are accurate, property was clean and well maintained, owners were helpful & nice. I would definitely recommend this condo - you will be pleasantly surprised.

I loved this property, best placed we stayed in Keystone. Comfortable condo and everything you would need during your visit. Super comfortable beds as well. Owner provided all information and even called to let us know the condo was available for early check-in. I would, and will, stay here again .
