WOW! Why stay in a condominium when you can have your OWN BEACHSIDE Home with PRIVATE pool in a tropical paradise setting? Our beach house is located in Daytona Beach, close enough to the heart of Daytona Beach to enjoy all of the attractions, yet far enough to escape the crowds! The house is within walking distance to the beach - a mere two blocks - but you can also drive your car right onto the sand if you prefer!
The house itself is newly updated, bright and clean, located on a deadened quite street overlooking the intercoastal waterway! The home has four bedrooms: three with queen beds, and one with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is a complete mother-in-law suite with it's own fully equipped kitchen and living room which is located thru a breezeway, perfect for a bit of extra privacy. The pool is brand new and is completely screened and has an outdoor shower - perfect to relax in after a day at the beach! Then as the day ends enjoy an evening relaxing by the pool or screened in front porch.
We are close to everything the area has to offer: the beach, the river, a water park, Daytona Beach Pier, Daytona Beach International Speedway, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, turtle sanctuary, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and much more! And for those of you who cannot imagine Florida without Disney - we are only a short drive (60-75 minutes) from Orlando and all of its numerous attractions. The Kennedy Space Center is less than an hour away, and only 25 minutes away is Blue Springs State Park, where you can see the manatees!

Very comfortable & relaxing. House was well equipped and clean. We had three teenage boys who loved having their own space and being able to walk to the beach. We would recommend the property and would rent again if we return to the area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family stayed at the house while we were in Florida for our daughters wedding. We found the house clean and spacious. It was nice to have the bedrooms spread out so no one ever felt they were in someone elses way. The house is only a short walk from the beach which saved us on gas and if we didn't feel like the beach,the pool was always there to keep us cool and refreshed. We loved the fact that the pool was screened in so we didn't have to worry so much about the little ones wandering into the pool area without an adult. There are many wonderful attractions in and around the area. . The listing said there was a hair dryer and an ironing board in the house but we were unable to find either one. The blender leaked everything out the bottom each time we attempted to use it. We had to fill the gas tank on the grill so that we could use it twice. These items are minor but were an irritant nonetheless. We would rent the house again and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

We just got back for this house and it was excellent.We loved the house another than two things.The first thing that we didn't like was it really wasn't wheelchair friendly and the grill did not have gas.Another than the two things it was ALL what we were looking for.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
