Our Crystal River Villa is nestled in a quiet park-like setting yet is close to everything such as Gulf Beaches, boat rentals and excursions, Hospital, Restaurants, Wildlife Park, Local Parks etc. And of course or main attraction are the Manatee that frolic across the street in Kings Bay. All utilities included in rental fee.
We have tried to think of everything you might need for your stay with us but we are always open for suggestions. We live twenty minutes away and are usually available. $85/night .. $100/weekend (3 night min) .. $550/week .. $1550/month.
Reservation deposit equal to one night stay for nightly or weekend stays.
For weekly and monthly rentals, 50% of total rental fees.
Due three month before arrival. Balance due upon arrival.
Refundable security deposit for $200 returned within 30 days after departure.
$50 cleaning fee due at time of check-in.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It is in a perfect location for visiting the manatees. Walk just down from the house,to the bridge overlooking the canal at 3 sisters spring,and see manatees. The villa is very nice and everthing you need is there. Owners are super friendly and available to help with anything. Would definately stay with them again.
