Beautiful sandy PRIVATE beach with cabana for enjoying food and beverages - Folly Field Condo Rental in Hilton Head Island Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa offers all the comforts and necessities you will need for an affordable and relaxing family vacation. This villa is our second home and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It has been freshly painted and newly furnished. Our villa is located in building 3, which houses the indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, weight room and walking/jogging track. Our second floor balcony overlooks a lagoon with fountain. The private beach is only a short walk or shuttle ride away via the boardwalk. There is also a cabana located at the beach, which serves food and beverages. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you will need, including coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster oven. With the low rental price, you get free cable television, noodles for pool, sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis equipment and use of all resort amenities.
