3 bedroom Condos, which feature 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on one level. The 3rd bedroom has 2 beds, sleeping a total of 10 people. The condo also has a kitchen and dining area, along with a living room. The condos are also individually owned.
2 bedroom Condo, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room. This condo will sleep up to 6 people.
All our condos and villas are off the 13 Fairway of the Ledgestone golf course.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We had 6 adults and two toddlers that stayed and had plenty of room for all. The condo was extremely clean and very well furnished. It only takes about 10 minutes to get into the heart of the strip. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the Golf Retreat. The condo was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our 5 kids. The deck was wonderful for having an outdoor breakfast in the morning. What we enjoyed the most was the location. It has great access to all the sites Branson has to offer, without traveling through the main traffic congestion. With a map we were able to go anywhere we wanted to go in the Branson area and avoid the usual traffic.

We rented this property for a family vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 children. It was extremely comfortable and provided all that we needed in an extremely nice location. This unit exceeded our expectations at a very affordable rate. It is hard to imagine that we could have done any better. It was our first trip to Branson so we were flying "blind". Sunset made it as easy as you could have it and they accomodayed us in every way. I believe we had 5 star accomodations at 3 star rate. Don't miss this great opportunity to truly enjoy your Branson experience.

This place was awesome I would love to stay there again. It was right on the golf course and only about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City and also only about 8 miles from Branson Mo. I recommand this unit if anyone is going to Branson Mo. Its the place too stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and accomadated our family nicely. We were minutes from Silver Dollar City. We would defintely stay there again in the future. The only issue we had was that our SDC and White Water tickets were not at our condo as promised. We had to drive to the other side of the strip to pick them up. Other than that, our vacation was wonderful!

The property was clean, well maintained, and as advertised. We had a problem with the hot water heater and it was fixed the same day. The property is located very close to Silver Dollar City, White Water, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The best part of the location is that you can get there without driving on the Branson strip as you come into town! We would stay there again.

We had 10 in our party and stayed a week. This condo was great,very roomy and well managed. We split our week between the lake and the strip and it worked out ok. It is about a 20 min drive to the strip but close to the lake. We would stay again.
