This beautiful, three bedroom two and half bath home nestled in the scenic White Mountains is part of the Desert Troon community; Torreon.
This home includes the opportunity to become a temporary golf member of Torreon. With unlimited golf and social membership rights including, Members Clubhouse, pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, catch and release trout pond, and equestrian center. The Family Center which has activities for kids and adults alike. Pool tables, air hockey, video games, pinball games, foose-ball, and a media room with a big screen TV and videos. (Golf, Pool, Jacuzzi, Dining, and Family center are seasonal.)
Area: Sunrise Ski Resort is located within an 45 minutes of Torreon's entrance. Hon Dah Casino is within a short drive as well. Fishing lakes and streams abound within minutes of Torreon. Torreon is backed on two sides by the Sitgreaves National Forest. Deer, Elk, Squirrel, Turkeys, Bear, and Mountain Lions are just some of the species that inhabit the forest's boundaries. Within Torreon's boundaries is a two and a half mile walking and bike path.
Torreon's Clubhouse has fine dining, casual dining as well as a full service bar. Dining and drinks can be served outside amongst the pine trees overlooking one of most challenging holes located on this unforgettable course. (Seasonal).
Golf: This Desert Troon course is truly a golfers dream come true. With 27 holes in 2006 and another nine opening in 2007 it makes Torreon stand alone among other lesser courses. This Smelk- Von Hagge designed course makes for a challenge that can test even the lowest of handicaps. It has par 5 holes that range all the way up to almost 600 yards. These beautiful holes are lined between the Ponderosa Pines, crystal clear lakes and beautiful white sand traps.
Home Includes - Three bedrooms and two and half baths, two car garage, fully appointed modern kitchen which includes everything needed to create a spectacular meal. It has a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV's located in the family room and each bedroom. Cable, DVD, wireless internet, stereo, and all the other items needed for modern convenience.
The home has two large outside decks for lounging among the trees with the breeze blowing by. The back deck has a gas barbeque grill along with a table and chairs for dining outside.
