Our home is located on a quiet street in the community of Ocean Farm, just two easy miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Avoid the lights and traffic on Route 26. This house is located in a low traffic area just off Kent Avenue. Kent Ave intersects with several side streets that cross Route 1 and end at the ocean.

This spacious home was new in 2005 and has 1750 square feet of living space. It has a large master bedroom suite with queen bed, and a full bath featuring a garden tub. There is a second large queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The queen room and bunk room share a second full bath.

The Living Room features an entertainment center with a TV, DVD/VCR player. The sofa converts to a queen bed. There is a TV and DVD player in each bedroom and a High Speed Wireless Internet connection for your convenience.

Off street parking is available for four vehicles. We also have an outside shower, large deck and a gas grill for your enjoyment. A short walk takes you to the community pool.

Bethany has beautiful beaches and many restaurants and shops. There are sport fishing boats at Indian River Inlet and in Ocean City. Just a few miles north on Route 1 are 140+ tax-free outlet stores located in Rehoboth Beach. Restaurants, nightlife, boardwalks, and amusement parks are plentiful throughout the area.

Public beaches are available at the Delaware Seashore State Park and the Fenwick Island State Park. We are also near the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge and the Rehoboth Bay for easy access to fishing, crabbing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. There are numerous watercraft rentals available on nearby inland bays. For golfers, there are several golf courses nearby.

Family rentals preferred. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. No pets. No Smoking.

  • We had a wonderful time staying at your beach retreat. It was definitly one of the best vacations we have had! The community was off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy all Bethany has to offer. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. Your beach house was so comfortable and relaxing. It was so nice having all the games and books there and also having a tv/dvd player in all the bedrooms. Our favorite thing to use was the outside shower!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to come again next summer.

  • Our stay at this house was very enjoyable! The house is beautiful - large rooms, high ceilings, plenty of windows, great deck and garage. We couldn't have asked for more in a house, all for a reasonable price. It was nice to have a large garage to put all of our bikes (5) in and the kids liked riding around in the quite plan of homes. In addition, the community pool was nice for a quick dip to cool off. All of this just 2 miles from the beach made our stay very enjoyable.

    What a fantastic place! We really enjoyed the location because we could go to Bethany, Rehoboth or Ocean City -- and the pool. There was enough space for all of us and it reminded us of home. The games, Internet access, TV's in each room and DVD's were really helpful to us and we used them every day. When can we come back? Thank you.

    We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the "extras" in the house, like the grill and the crock pot. Our favorite feature was the outdoor shower. In fact, the indoor showers were only used a few times. Thanks for sharing your beach house and for making it so comfortable and relaxing. We hope to return next year for more beach fun!
