Our home is located on a quiet street in the community of Ocean Farm, just two easy miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Avoid the lights and traffic on Route 26. This house is located in a low traffic area just off Kent Avenue. Kent Ave intersects with several side streets that cross Route 1 and end at the ocean. Conveniently located close to Bethany and only a short drive to Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach or Fenwick Island State Park.
This spacious home was new in 2005. It features an open floor plan with a large Great Room and a Sun Room. There is a large master bedroom suite with queen bed and full bath, featuring a garden tub. There is a second large queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The queen room and bunk room share a second full bath.
The Living Room features an entertainment center with a TV, DVD/VCR player. The sofa converts to a queen bed. There is a TV and DVD player in each bedroom and High Speed Wireless Internet connection for your convenience.
Off street parking is available for four vehicles. We also have an outside shower, large deck and a gas grill for your enjoyment. A double car garage gives you plenty of room to store all your gear and accessories. Two bicycles and several beach chairs are available for our guests use. A short walk takes you to the community pool only a block away
Bethany has beautiful beaches and many restaurants and shops. There are sport fishing boats at Indian River Inlet and in Ocean City. Just a few miles north on Route 1 are 140+ tax-free outlet stores located in Rehoboth Beach. Restaurants, nightlife, boardwalks, and amusement parks are plentiful throughout the area.
Public beaches are available at the Delaware Seashore State Park and the Fenwick Island State Park. We are also near the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge and the Rehoboth Bay for easy access to fishing, crabbing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. There are numerous watercraft rentals available on nearby inland bays. For golfers, there are several golf courses nearby.
Family rentals preferred. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. No pets. No Smoking.

Our family has always loved vacationing in Bethany Beach. We enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere and find it very relaxing. We purchased this home in order to live here when we retire in a few years.

My wife and I currently live in Winterport, Maine. Prior to moving here a few years ago, we lived in the Harrisburg, PA area most of our lives. We often vacationed in Bethany and grew to love the small town atmosphere, the clean beaches and the many recreational opportunities.

Our family and friends had such good time together. My kids have already been asking when to go back for the next beach vacation the moment we left the house. It is very close to everything(beach, grocery,restaurant etc.). We had everything we need from home. The house is so clean. We all love the spacious house with plenty of light, and nice sized kitchen(with nice dinnerware and cookware). The outside shower is a big hit as well. We'll definitely recommend to anyone who is interested. Bill and Barbra,Thank you for sharing your Bethany house with us !

We thoughoughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The place was just as you described and super clean and well-maintained. We loved the quiet community and the fact that it was only minutes from Bethany Beach. We used an air mattress in the sunroom in addition to the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside shower was used everyday. Thank you, Bill and Barbra, for making our family vacation possible and affordable. We will definitely contact you in the future when we return to Bethany.

This house is awesome! We were 2 families and we had enough room for everyone! The place was beautiful and had everything we need! We enjoyed the beach and the pool everyday. We came a long way (Montreal) and we recommand this house for vacation for sure! Thank you Bill & Barbra for being so nice!

We loved staying at this house! Thanks so much Bill and Barbara! We had such a nice time.. it was perfect for my parents, my husband and i and our 2 small kids ( bunk beds rock!).. we have a 3 and 3 month old so it was so nice to be so close to town and close to everything ... we loved the porch.. we sat and had coffee every morning..and loved the outside shower! the perfect place to stay..thanks again for a great time! I i would recommend this house to anyone! It was great.

Our second year renting this lovely vacation home. It feels like home. We love the lrg kitchen and dining area. The deck & grill are awesome. We grilled most all of our meals while there and when we have seafood night, the deck is great for all the crabs we eat. We also use the outside shower daily. The location is perfect for the beach in Bethany or shopping in Rehobeth or the boardwalk in OC, MD. Biking is easy with plenty of areas to choose. The pool is great for relaxing and cooling down. Lovely quiet community.

While a short distant from the beach, this house is extremely spacious and very convenient with furniture and everything we need away from home. This is the second time we have been here and we love it. We are between everything meaning we can go up to Rehoboth for outlet shopping or go down to Ocean City MD for the boardwalk and busy night life. The rent per week is well priced. Thank you Bill and Barbra.

We had a wonderful time staying at your beach retreat. It was definitly one of the best vacations we have had! The community was off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy all Bethany has to offer. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. Your beach house was so comfortable and relaxing. It was so nice having all the games and books there and also having a tv/dvd player in all the bedrooms. Our favorite thing to use was the outside shower!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to come again next summer.

8/2/08 A wonderful house full of everything you would need. We had seven people,3 adults 2 teenage boys and 2 preteen girls, and everyone was comfortable. Great location with lots to do!

Home is in a great location to do things at either the Delaware Beach communities or Ocean City Maryland. It is in a great neighborhood which is quiet and makes for a very relaxing vacation.

Loved the location of this property!! Easy, short ride to the beach. Open kitchen and gathering room made for a relaxing vacation. Found the assortment of magazines an extra bonus. Hope to return soon.
